I believe the closest I've ever been was when I was shooting a Nikon D200 with a very agreeable 50mm lens that seemed personally committed to covering up my mistakes! I've still got that rig around somewhere, maybe I'll have to hunt it down.

It's been a while since I had avocado. A few years back, you couldn't move for them here, and I guess I must have got a little tired of them, but I might need to re-visit!
When I was a kid, I always thought it was 'advocado'! Not that you saw them when I was a kid!

I am very fond of where I live, in Chapeltown, Leeds, but it has long enjoyed a bad reputation (which I think is entirely undeserved). So some of the recently arrived yuppies have had the arrogance to try to re-name my part of it as 'Potternewton'. I received an anonymous letter yesterday, addressed to Potternewton Neighbour, inviting me to join their online group, where no doubt, a bunch of busy-bodies discuss gentrifying the area, house prices, and who they can report to the police/council LOL!
