After over four months of recovery, my wife finally feels up to attending church. To celebrate, this is in my suit pocket.

Good morning Guardians and good Sunday to you. Late yesterday afternoon we had a tornado warning here. That never happens. Pretty good storm. The electricity stayed on throughout which was also unusual. I got just of bit of out back time before the rain started up but got a picture. The weather should be good enough to take a walk tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I wish I'd seen it live Bob, looked to be one of his best. Audio wasn't very good, but I heard the Ref complement Wolfie on his fitness. He'd actually only recently had Covid, and I was a bit worried about him. I hope you had a wonderful time last night, it sounds fantastic![]()
Oh no! I remember moving to France many years ago, I had a bunch of friends helping me, but we got the the truck loaded in 2 or 3 hours. I once helped my wimp brother move a huge amplifier, on foot, from a house half a mile away, and I reckon I took 90% of the weight!I was thinking of moving myself, about 15 years ago, (I have stairs, which will get me in the end), but my back was bad at the time, and I wimped out!
I should start downsizing, because I'm probably going to have to face it at some point!
I'm glad you got everything moved in the end Mitch

Cool and sunny will do me
When I was out with Wolfie yesterday, I missed a call from my mate Matt. I usually have stuff to do at home on Sundays, but with my recent health issues, and his recent operation, I've not seen him much, so I said I'd be happy to see him today. Turned out he has booked us in to see the 'Dune' film, I hadn't told him I saw it on Friday!

Ah well, it's a good movie!
Enjoy your Sunday Guardians

It was the photo you took from the hallway got me thinking that Mitch, I imagine a grocery store, and a bar or two. There are spots like that in most of the world these daysThanks Jack. Yeah it's changed heaps in my lifetime . There used to be bhp steel works, where a lot of tradies started out on the other side of the harbour. Where Noah is used to be warehouses & wool sheds. They stopped the train line just around the corner from Noah, used to be able to catch the train all the way to the beach, now you have to get light rail from Wickham, basically tram. Ripped out the rail lines, now a lot of hotels & apartment buildings. Now extremely gentrified, with a better class of residentwas a working class town.
Wonderful wood BobHope everyone has a good day.

LOL!I can see that, there are a lot of restaurants and few bars along the foreshore the type of places that hipsters such as yourself would hang out. IT could be Sheffield, the states, all steel towns have gone the same way.
It is still the biggest coal export port in the world. Although in 2014 it was bought out by an overseas consortium with 98 year lease.
