I’ve been around, but not really posting too much so I suppose I should just give a quick update on my Albers Lambfoot. Still a regular part of the rotation, and still a great cutting tool.

Most recently, it’s been handy as I help my boys with their pinewood derby cars.

Here’s their cars with the weights epoxied in place. Both are right at 5oz with the wheels and axle nails so the boys have some sanding to do before painting.

Yeah, they tightened the law just afterwards here - stopped me sending one (different pattern) to Charlie - didn't fancy 5 years in jail and an unlimited fine!

Partial eclipse from where I am, but it goes through Texas from Eagle Pass on the border to Texarkana, and cities like Austin and Dallas are in the path of total eclipse. I believe r8shell and Angry Waiter are in Austin.

Hi Leon, we are right on the edge of the path of totality. As Rachel mentioned it’s pretty cloudy though. We have our emergency operations stood up due to the traffic concerns. Hopefully everything will go smooth.

I’m going to take the EOC staff up onto the roof to view in about 2 hours.
