Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks Jack
It is great to buy local. Redback are good 👍 my regular boots are Aussie made by Mongrel.
I have been very pleased with the Redbacks Mitch :) I have struggled to find comfortable boots the past decade or so, and I am also very 'heavy' on footwear. I find the Redbacks comfortable, well-sized, and hard-wearing. Thanks for the tip on the Mongrels, which it looks like I can get hold of here  Not that I need anymore boots right now, I was wearing a new pair from the US just yesterday :D
Can't have life of brian stuck in your head.
Better have the name sake, with probably close to guardian theme song😁
🤣
They sound good, though.
They're very nice Jer, and filling, you can see why they were popular in the Caribbean. They keep pretty well too. I hadn't come across them until I was a youth-worker in my 20's, and many/most of my charges had parents who were born in the Caribbean. The kids would sometimes have them with cheese, which I think would keep you going all day :D I've only ever had them on their own, and they're rich and heavy, and almost as sweet as regular cake (the ones I have are much darker than the example shown on the Wiki page). I can buy several types of Caribbean bread near where I live, but rarely do so. The only other type I've tried is Hard Dough bread, which is nice toasted, but very filling
I'm back to 5 half-days, now with Sundays and Wednesdays off. I never know what day it is. Well, I have to keep checking.

Confusion is, increasingly, my middle name Jer! :D Good to see your '18
My favourite AC! :D
You're welcome, hopefully you can get back to a more normal sleep pattern soon !
Thank you Steve, thankfully, I'm not at the Al Pacino stage yet! :D

What's the story on the Navy Lamb ?
Something of a mystery Steve :) It was being discussed, even before this thread existed, if I remember correctly, but later discussion may be indexed. Probably a US sailor picking up a souvenir, or maybe a gift for someone 🤷‍♂️ gunstockjack gunstockjack originally picked up the knife, and the ever generous @Campbellclanmanwas kind enough to buy it for me as a gift :)

Of course, the Lamb's Navy is older still! :D ;)

(No more attachments it seems! Maybe I'll just go back to being a Basic member )
Enjoy your Monday... Or is it Tuesday... I'm confused too.
Thanks mate, you too! :D
Good Morning Guardians
You seem to be enjoying a second honeymoon with your Charlie Lamb John :)
Hello sunshine!!!
That has a very sunny disposition Bob :)
Just got this one yesterday. Touched up the edge and slid it into my pocket. Haven't cut anything except paper with it yet, but, going to carry it on a regular basis.

Congratulations Dan  I am lucky enough to have both, but choosing which is the more beautiful would be a hard choice

Two very cool pics Dwight! :)
Our kids and their friends wouldn’t survive without bagels for breakfast! 😄
Cool old lamb Jack. 😎👍
LOL! :D You know, I enjoy them very much occasionally, but my perfect breakfast is two slices of buttered sourdough, and a large mug of Yorkshire tea! I have that almost every day of the year! 🤣 Thank you my friend :)
Good morning folks! Over the holiday weekend the lamb helped me stain some sassafras boards for a garden bench restoration project. It also helped with meals cutting up veggies, fruit, waffles, and hamburger steak. Of course it performed admirably. I hope you all have a great week!

A Lambsfoot loves to work! :D Coming along nicely there Pat :)
Good morning Guardians. The guests are all gone, sad to see them go. Now it’s time to put things back in order. Have a great day everyone. 😎👍
It's like old times! :D :)

Looks delicious, Paul! Is that two different kinds of mac n’ cheese? 😁

Very nice, Dan!
