Nice Ebony there Pat, looks pretty misty
Nice way to tart the week Jer :)

Good morning Guardians, mouth feels like I've been chewing broken glass! Soft food for a couple of days 😭 It rained hard all night, but doesn't look too bad now. Don't think I'll be going out though, in case I get mistaken for The Elephant Man! No shortage of things to do indoors anyway  Got some salt gargling on the menu today! 😖 I hope your week gets off to a good start Guardians :) Carrying this special Lamb today ❤️:)

Glad you’re getting some relief and are on the mend Jack. 😎👍
Glorious Spring day here.
That slip and lamb look great together Bob.
😎👍

Starting my day the same way Pat, only no fog around here, just sunshine and low humidity. 😎👍

That has my taste buds hopping Barrett. 👌
Lambs seem to cover all the necessities of a pocket knife.

Thanks, Bob. I did bring some other knives in addition to the Lambs, but why mention those. 😉😁

Hope they're all doing well Barrett, and that you're having a great weekend :) Nice pic :)

Thanks, Jack, everyone’s doing well. Hope you’ll be feeling better soon after your dental procedure.

Such an elegant picture. 🤠

Thanks, John. Pure luck, I assure you. No one’s ever accused me of being elegant! 🤣

That pizza looks great, Mitch. My wife and I have very different taste in pizza — she likes any and every vegetable imaginable, while I prefer as many different meats as you can throw on there — but pepperoni and jalapeño is one that we both enjoy. 😁

Yesterday we headed into downtown St. Louis for a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. Baseball is by far my favorite sport, and I’ve been a Cardinals fan my entire life (growing up in Arkansas, we didn’t have any of our own professional sports teams). I went to my first game at the old Busch Stadium when I was just a few months old, and we used to drive up for games fairly often before Julie and I moved away from Arkansas in 2011. This was the first Cardinals home game I’ve been to since then, and it was good to be back.

Before the game, we stopped at 4 Hands Brewing Co. They offer parking on games days for $10, and you get a token for a free beer, so I don’t think it’s a bad deal.

Back in 2005, when they were building the current Busch Stadium, they offered fans an opportunity to purchase personalized bricks that would pave the walkway around the outside of the stadium. My dad bought a brick for me that year for Christmas, so we always have to stop by and see it before we go in.

The brick is located outside the team store, near this Stan Musial statue. (I also have one on my bookshelf at home, which they sent you when you purchased one.)

We had a pretty nice view from our seats.

Scout found the seats themselves a little tricky, as any time she sat all the way back, the seat would start to fold up on her. She didn’t seem to mind too much, though. 😁

After the game (the Cardinals won, 5-1), you could line up to let the kids run the bases. The line was long, but it moved pretty fast. That’s Eleanor in the black shirt and red hat.

Good morning Guardians. We’ve been out of town helping our daughter get settled into her new apartment. She starts her grad program today! I’m jumping in right here my apologies for the posts I may have missed. It’s time to feed the turtles! 😎👍
Todd, your HHB is classic looking.
I know grad school can be grueling, but I hope it is also an enriching experience for her.

That is a day well spent with family Barrett.🤩

Thanks Todd, they said it would take a couple of weeks for my mouth to heal. After that, I can assess whether I need to shell out for implants or not - I worry that, at my age, I might not get my money's worth! :D

I hope it's all gone well Todd :) Nice pic, I do like a strawberry :D :)

Thanks pal, I always look forward to your posts :)

My Ex was a bit like that, ordering 'worthy' pizza, with broccoli and stuff on! But then she'd be trying to filch slices of my 'unworthy' pizza! 🧐
