Good morning Guardians,

I have a busy day today, with a couple of meetings this morning, and a bunch of other work-stuff to do. For once, the sun is out! Have a good day everyone :)

Good pic of your Lamb 🐑
Rose Beast is 😎🐑

My Timex lamb....takes a lickin and keeps on ticking. The cheapest knife I have ever purchased.
Hope you have a good day friend!

Beautiful carry today Jack.
Hope you get to soak up some of that sunshine.👍🏻
Thanks Bob, I got a little bit of it, going between meetings :)

Why do you call it the Timex Bob, (I dare say, there's a rather obvious answer!)? I was just thinking of bails on Lambs today :)
That's a beauty Jack, enjoy your sunshine ! 👍
Thanks buddy :)

Thank you very much David :)
Good morning !

Oak Lamb today 👍

Very attractive Steve :)
I bought this in a shop in London in 1985 - Whitby & Co. was unfinished and I sanded the scales a little and waxed. View attachment 2615121View attachment 2615122
Nearly 40 years ago :) Interesting knife  Whitby mainly wholesale to hardware and gardening stores, and are still going. The blade of that one reminds me of the Italian-made Lambsfoot knives Carl Kammerling had made in that period, and later
Morning Guardians! Hope everyone has a great day. Got little shower last night. Cooler today. Going to join Bob and carry a metal Lamb 🐑

That sounds more agreeable David :) Nice Lamb, who is the maker? I picked up one of the all-steel Rodgers Lambs, the other, day, and was pleasantly surprised to see how well-made it was, and pretty sharp too
Thanks buddy! Suppose to be in the 80's for the next few days. Which is most welcome. Hopefully this cooler weather will head your way soon. 👍🤠
I'd take the 80's too mate, better than the 60's, or worse! :D

I spoke to Tool Man this morning, but was unable to get a report about the Ted's weekend in Skegness (hopefully tomorrow). In fact, it was hard to get a word in edgeways, as Tool Man is fond of saying, "That's enough about you, what about ME?!" :D I dare say I'll hear about Boring Ray's latest disasters and mishaps tomorrow morning, but they may be eclipsed by Tool Man's own, because the silly sod nearly caused an explosion, and killed himself. Despite having apparently come unstuck because of his stupidity, in this regard, in the past, Tool Man had foolishly, and illegally, modified a propane gas cylinder valve, or possibly several such, and ended up with a 4 separate raging fires in one of his sheds, which was stuffed with gas cannisters! Of course he had nothing as controversial as a fire extinguisher or fire blanket to hand, and his garden hose-pipe turned out to be so badly kinked, that it was only delivering a trickle of water. Fortunately, more by luck than judgement, he was able to eventually extinguish the blaze, before an explosion left a gaping crater where Tool Man, his bungalow, and a dozen of his neighbours, had previously existed! Will he learn from the experience? I seriously doubt it! 😖 No doubt I shall hear every detail of the near-disaster at the market tomorrow

I have abused this knife terribly Jack. Leaving it outside, cutting roots in dirt and cutting everything imaginable.
It just reminds me of an old watch commercial we had over here where they would abuse it on purpose, and it always kept running.😉
So glad I am not toolman's neighbor.😃
