Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Hey, Guardians! Here's another of my infrequent posts. :D Still enjoying this lambsfoot with the beautiful blade shape from @Jakeywax31 with the @glennbad giraffe covers.

It's a beauty :)
Looking forward to the report Jack, say hello to all the characters ! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Bonus pic of the day !

Ace Lamb
I'd have toolman as a neighbour, had hoarders as neighbours for many years๐Ÿ˜–
They wouldn't have had much left to hoard if Tool Man had been their neighbour! :D
You are a brave man Mitch.
Your food bill would quadruple!๐Ÿ˜
Definitely! :D
Sounds like a good idea. Wondering how big Tool Mans splatter zone is when he's eating. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜
Good grief, it's certainly not small, and he seems entirely oblivious to it!
Thanks buddy ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿค

Hope you and Big Rose have a good time at the market. Tell the motley crew howdy ๐Ÿค  Be looking forward to your market report and pics.
Thanks a lot David, they say Hi to everyone :)
She just oozes character.
Thanks pal, I'll have to make sure I've got all the jam off the blade from Tool Man's school slab! ;)
Double horn today!

Handsome combination Mitch :)
Afternoon all

The buffalo looks cool in the negative.
It does! I've never thought of doing that! :D
Lolligagging and plinking today.
Sounds like great fun Bob, I like your pic :) How's the plinking going?

I hope everyone is having a good day. It's in the 70's here, but it has been overcast for most of the day. The market was not especially busy, but Tool Man seemed to be doing OK. It was mainly just Tool Man, Ray, Gravel, and me this week, though Barry The Original Ted, and Slimline Scott called in for a while, with Harry Hot Balls and Big Dave calling in briefly. It turns out I have been living under a misapprehension all week, as it is in fact THIS weekend that the Teds go to Skegness! When I asked Tool Man about it the other day, he was so busy telling me the story about his near-death experience, that he didn't bother to correct me! ๐Ÿ˜– The tale of Tool Man's latest misadventure was repeated many times though, and it turns out that the fire wasn't caused by an accident, but by a minor explosion, as a result of what Tool Man referred to as an 'experiment'!

Soon after I arrived, the ever-generous Gravel arrived with warm sausage rolls for us all, so after we had eaten them, I went off to get coffee. Tool Man, unasked, insisted he didn't want any cake, but Gravel said he would like some. I suggested I might go to a different stall to the one that I usually go to, but Tool Man became rambunctious at the suggestion. When I returned with the school slab, he of course, ate most of it! o_O And it wasn't long before Gravel was dispatched to buy a large quantity of the mushroom bhajis Tool Man has become fond of. He ate those, and then pulled out a hefty beef sandwich! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Boring Ray managed to get a piece of cake before Tool Man scoffed it all!

Barry The Original Ted (Left) is, once again, interrupted in the middle of one of his extremely long, convoluted, and boring stories! :D

Copper Mark is not, despite appearances, a copper (policeman) at all, but some kind of lesser grade, which some folks sometimes refer to as a 'Hobby Bobby'. He loves the role though, and to hear him talk, you'd think he was a member of the Flying Squad, rather than not even having powers of arrest. Since he's not allowed to carry handcuffs, pepper spray, baton, tazer, or any other form of restraint or weapon, he fills every inch of his vest with things like flashlights, hand gel, and innumerable pens :D

Grandpa Time! ;)

Ex Para Steve and Nobber Al - I think Steve is just about to scratch his nose ;)

Happy Market Day. I think the comedy gold this week will come from Boring Ray and some Skegness shenanigans. Iโ€™d nominate Tool Man for a Darwin Award but Iโ€™m pretty sure the committee must have given him an early lifetime achievement award already. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Sorry for the Skegness confusion Kurt! For some reason, it was all the Teds talked about last weekend, whereas it was hardly mentioned today  Hopefully, there'll be a few interesting, or at least jaw-dropping, tales next week! ;) I reckon Tool Man definitely deserves that award! :D Great pic of that good-looking Lamb :)

Cool covers !

Good morning Guardians !

Got some great news last night at our monthly Townhouse assoc. meeting. The board approved a proposal to hire me as project manager on our next painting cycle of all the buildings on our property next year. It will be done over two summers with 89 units in all plus the community center and pool. I negotiated getting paid a percentage on the overall cost of the job. This is exciting as this will be a first for me although I have experience running large jobs like this as foreman for a painting company. Hopefully this could lead to other jobs as project manager in the future for the assoc. This has been in the works for months and I'm glad to get it finalized. I will sign the contact later today

Maybe nothing weโ€™d find amusing happened in Skegness. After all these fellows are experienced imbibers and have accumulated a lot of wisdom to reflect their age. ๐Ÿค” Maybe they drank responsibly and behaved themselvesโ€ฆ.maybe notโ€ฆwhatever theyโ€™re not talking about must be a doozy. ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ. Wave a slice of non spoiled ham at Tool Man and he might spill his guts. Stay out of the splatter zone of course.

Congrats Steve and wishing you much success.

Sweet lamb today.

Thanks for the report, I'm sure there will be interesting stories of the Ted's adventure ๐Ÿ˜
There usually is! ๐Ÿ˜ I don't think Ray has made a single trip to the coast, with some disaster, or three, subsequently befalling him! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
Love the rosewood grain pattern Jack.

Why am I always reminded of Montey Python and the Flying Circus, when viewing the market repost?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜†
Thank you Bob ๐Ÿ˜Š It is a coincidence you mentioning Monty Python, as I picked up a boxed set of all the seasons, the other day, and took it down to the market to see if anyone wanted it. I gave Tool Man a similar set a couple of years ago, but we both agree that they are nowhere near as funny as we thought they were 50 years ago. One of the other stall holders was very grateful for the set though ๐Ÿ‘
Plinking is progressing well Jack. I'm trying to keep the many variables ( sling, ammo, band) to a minimum.
That's great to hear my friend, and you have a very sensible approach ๐Ÿ‘

Part of me thinks I should send a warning to the good citizens, publicans, and hoteliers of Skegness Kurt! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

Hopefully only something amusing and not serious ๐Ÿ˜‰
Generally, it involves some mishap befalling his car, then getting home to find half the roof has blown off the house, or something! ๐Ÿ™„ He has also managed to recreate a very amusing, but quite unpleasant, scene from the book/movie Trainspotting several times, got locked out of his hotel, and lost his car keys/wallet/car. I forget all the misadventures last year, but I recall, at one point, he went missing for a couple of hours mid-evening, and the combined Teddy Boy search party eventually found him standing in a shop doorway, looking bemused, and eating fish and chips, but not really knowing why he was there! ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

Did Tool Man give details about the โ€œexperimentโ€?
