Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

He took his shirt off just after I took the photo Bob :D I think he's dressing better recently, though partly accidently. He bought a couple of pairs of very cheap black trousers in an online sale, and was instructed by his doctor to start wearing shoes, instead of boots, something which has worked out for the best :D

An interesting thought! :D

Such beautiful bone

I hope the weather starts improving as you head towards Spring Mitch :) I hate those coffee roulette situations

:D

You too Tyson! :D

Cool patch with your May Lamb Steve :D

Lovely horn Paul, I hope work wasn't too punishing buddy

Nice to see it Mitch :)

:)

Your Barlow has great character Dwight

Looks like you've been keeping busy Mitch :)

Good morning Guardians, Friday again! I hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend. It's sunny here at the moment, so I might take a walk down to Charlie's Cafe in a bit, just got a few things to take care of first. Still carrying my Pals Lamb (photo taken last night, rather than this morning :D) :) Have a good day Guardians

Excellent photo - a lovely lambsfoot, and I am a huge fan of Bushmills 10 single malt.

Thanks buddy 👍🤠

Pals 🐑 is so 😎 hope you have a good walk to Charlie's Cafe. Enjoy your sunshine while you can. 👍🤠
Thank you very much David, I didn't go out in the end. My back has been hurting the past few days, and I've been having some issues with my feet, but mostly I have been feeling really knocked out, and coughing a fair bit. Hoping it"s just as a result of another poor night's sleep last night 🙄👍

Thank you Tyson, that's very kind of you 🙂👍
Jack Black Jack Black
I quoted you but it dropped it!
Your whisky photo is a fine image. I need to try that dram.
Thanks Dwight, I definitely recommend Bushmills Malt, I first had it in the late 80's 👍
Fantastic photo of that unusual Lamb my friend 🙂👍
Morning Guardians! Hope Friday is good to you. William Rodgers 🐑

Sweet pic David 🙂👍

Bummer buddy. Hope you get to feeling better and start getting a good night's sleep soon. 😴

Thank you friend 👍🤠

That's more boiled eggs than I've eaten in the past 45 years! :D Cool pic Pat :)

I remember you mentioning your dislike of eggs when we had breakfast in Sheffield. I do like eggs (scrambled, fried, etc.), but for some reason I’ve never taken to hardboiled eggs. That’s probably more hardboiled eggs than I’ve eaten in my life. 🤣

Thanks Michael, I'm not sure why I find it easier to fall asleep on the sofa, than in bed, the latter is certainly more comfortable! Hopefully, I won't be nodding off into my pint with Wolfie, I'm not meeting him until 9.30pm, which is quite late for me

Got my Pals Lamb out for my trip to the market tomorrow :)

Great pin! 😁 And a great knife, too, of course.

Carrying the I*XL today. Just relaxing now after work, watching it rain with the Mrs. & our hound.
Hope y'all are doing well!

Good looking pup you got there. 🙂

Went to the winery where I asked Dawn to marry me (today's our 14th anniversary) and had some wine and snacks and good times.

When we got home we had a package from our pal Jack Black Jack Black ; I had told him that we had trouble finding Henderson's around here, so he jumped right into action and solved that emergency for us. Thanks from both of us, Jack!

Happy anniversary to you and the wife!

It's been a quiet day on Leeds market, as dull as the weather, and with a number of absentees, not least Boring Ray, who has combined his weekend in Skeggy with the annual family holiday/round of charity shops. It seemed like the Teds had a fairly dull time away too :( In terms of the market, Musical Andy has been away for a month now, and it was only today that I found out from the Perfume Fatties that he had had a nasty fall in the market, something Tool Man had neglected to tell me, and showed his characteristic indifference to  Tool Man is away at Whitby next week, as it's a year since the steam fair, which was abandoned due to bad weather, which means he'll miss Yorkshire Day at the market. Much as I would like to hear the details of Ray's disastrous holiday, I don't think I can cope with him alone, so I'll probably find something else to do next Thursday ;)

Old Brian has bought himself a mobility scooter, and is very proud of it :) He looks much better than the last time he came down.

Slimline Scott was working today, but called down on his lunch hour. He continues to lose weight, but wears the same clothes he wore when he was 60lbs heavier

Otley Mick was on the other end of the conversation. Mick lives in a house, furnished from the 1930's, and always has tales of misadventure to share, such as the time his 1930's period lavatory was destroyed by a WW2 German bomb! This was because Mick, while positioning the unexploded munition in a decorative position, slipped, and sent it crashing through the porcelain! On another occasion, while trying to placate his long-suffering girlfriend with a concession to modern times - a TV - he tripped over the fireside rug, and put his head right through the screen! 😖

Tool Man laughed like a drain! :D

Not many smiles out of this old git, who always reminds me of Gene Janson from The Good Old Boys! :D

May have been a boring day at the market, but your report was still entertaining. The Blue Brothers reference made me laugh. 😁

Yeah, I've eaten an omelette or two in the past 45 years, but probably not for the past 20 :D I can't say that I was ever a fan of hard-boiled eggs either Barrett, I reckon I ate more than month than I ever had before! 🤢 🤣

Thanks pal, I might give Tool Man the pin! :D
