Two masters at their best.😍

Thanks kindly Jack. A very nice trio you have.
Thank you very much my friend :)
Bonus pic of the day 👍

Looking good on the stump Steve :)
That's one heck of a moustache! :D Great pic of your Albers Lamb Dwight
Thank you all my friends for the kind words for mum. She is okay, said it was like a mild head cold not the first time she has covid. Probably more worried about giving it to my Dad, as you know he has cancer.
That's good news Mitch, I hope your mum is soon rid of it, and that your dad is OK

YeeHAA! :D Cool pics David :)
Brian today.
Yesterday Kristy & I went the movies, saw the new Deadpool wolverine movie. I liked it.
Today a quiet day, watching the footy and make a batch of Bolognese as per Lilly's request 😁
Nice Mitch, I might go and see that movie myself (not sure what it'll be like with the kids off school) :D I hope the Bolognese went down well :)

Nice patina on that blade Paul  I hope you are soaking up some of that vitamin D buddy :)
Afternoon all
Just about time to watch the footy. Snacks ready dry roasted cashews😋

Yum! 😋 Hope you enjoyed it mate :)

Good morning Guardians, I have never been one for lying in bed, but after not dropping off until 2am, I decided to go back to sleep, for another hour, when my alarm went off, and feel a lot better for it :D It's a pretty nice day here, but unfortunately, I have a load of stuff to do indoors :( I'm still scratching my head about getting offered a new job yesterday, kind of random, and not something I expected at my time of life, but I turned it down. Last thing I need is a new career, when I'm struggling to retire from my existing one  I hope you all have something more exciting planned for today than I do :D Maybe I'll get a chance to sharpen and fettle a few Lambs ;) Carrying my Waboom K'roo today (thanks Bob) :) Have a great day Guardians

I'm unable to upload pics to the postimages site this morning :( And don't have the option with BF

I'm sure it felt good to be wanted 👍

Enjoy your day with Waboom !

Good morning Guardians, it's going to be another hot and humid day here. I'll be heading to the dog park early while it's still not too hot.

I got a great surprise in my mailbox yesterday. Generous Bob strikes again 🙂👍

There was this nice Rodgers Rosewood Lamb and another that I'll show in the other thread. Very lightweight lamb with great walk and talk and lovely Rosewood handles 👍

Thanks again buddy !

Have a great day everyone !

Annual Yorkshire Day Giveaway
The Chip Butty Challenge!

Well Guardians, as I'm sure you all know, August 1st is Yorkshire Day, where everything about God's Own County is celebrated 🎉 Being as it's an international event, as per usual, you're all invited to celebrate along with me ;) And, as I've done for the past several years, I'd like to throw down the gauntlet for another Chip Butty Challenge! 😋

If you're not sure what exactly a chip butty is, you have time to do some research, and you might want to look back in this thread for previous Yorkshire Day celebrations. The rest of you know the score

Entries open on August 1st, Yorkshire Time of course. Please post a photo of your chip butty, together with your Lambsfoot knife (in the same picture). Superlative posts, great effort, and extra Yorkshire content, will secure a second entry. All Guardians welcome (that's anyone who has posted a photo of a Lambsfoot knife in this thread)

The prize this year is a Taylor's Eye Witness Lambsfoot, with custom engraving, and I'm sure there'll be a few bits of Yorkshire tat included ;) Please enter everyone, and enjoy your chip butty

I feel a little remiss to admit I haven’t had a chip butty in awhile. So I look forward renewing my acquaintance with this starchy sandwich. I’m going to pick up some perfect rolls. I found the Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter to be the best butter for a butty. I have tried adding some mayonnaise but just salt and lots of butter taste best to me. I do remember using Tater Tots which I liked. Since this tuber came from the Americas and Ore-Ida birthed the Tater Tot from left over potato shavings right here in North America I’m using the Tot. This contest will be better than the Paris Olympics. 🤔

Astonishing! 🤣 I have to admit, I don't eat them too often myself Kurt, I like to save them as a treat. Simple is best, in my opinion, salt and butter. Mayonnaise?! 🤮🤣 That's a fine-looking Lamb :)

Three years ago, while visiting a local town, I spotted a sign for a 'Deep-Fried Chip Butty'! I was quite aghast at the idea, but some research revealed them to be a recent trend, emanating from a particular part of Leeds. I did think about returning to get one for Yorkshire Day that year, but unfortunately I went down with a bad bout of sciatica. I still haven't seen one for sale in central Leeds, or anywhere else I visit, but this greedy sod, who I reckon would give Tool Man a run for his money, seems impressed. Funny that the battered chip butty comes accompanied with chips! :D Maybe I'll try one at some point, but it wouldn't be something I'd undertake casually ;)

Great looking horn !

I have been carrying my Waynorth lamb foot exclusively since the day I received it. Used a lot for food prep, cutting tomatoes, garlic, onions etc. It is starting to develop a nice patina.

Great looking Charlie Lamb !
