Wow that's a good one.Good morning Guardians, it's going to be another hot and humid day here. I'll be heading to the dog park early while it's still not too hot.
I got a great surprise in my mailbox yesterday. Generous Bob strikes again
There was this nice Rodgers Rosewood Lamb and another that I'll show in the other thread. Very lightweight lamb with great walk and talk and lovely Rosewood handles
Thanks again buddy !
Have a great day everyone !
Very nice of Generous Bob
Nah nah, grab the torches and pitch forks, messing with a classicThree years ago, while visiting a local town, I spotted a sign for a 'Deep-Fried Chip Butty'! I was quite aghast at the idea, but some research revealed them to be a recent trend, emanating from a particular part of Leeds. I did think about returning to get one for Yorkshire Day that year, but unfortunately I went down with a bad bout of sciatica. I still haven't seen one for sale in central Leeds, or anywhere else I visit, but this greedy sod, who I reckon would give Tool Man a run for his money, seems impressed. Funny that the battered chip butty comes accompanied with chips! Maybe I'll try one at some point, but it wouldn't be something I'd undertake casually
Bread, chips, optional butter and perhaps a dash of vinegar!
That was Bob, I won ya General give away, for my first lambsfootTHank you very much Zach That sounds nice
Bit steep, but I'm sure it's worth it! Did you win last year Bob? I was thinking it was Mitch, but that must have been the year before I'm pretty sure my Yorkshire Day posts pre-date this thread by a few years
That's good to hear Steve, me too
Totally gratuitous chip butty pic! Expect more
