Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good list Jack. I would add one other stretch to the list...

Thanks John :) I used to attend 3 yoga classes a week, and it helped a lot, but I think the Cobra would be a struggle for me these days - hard enough getting up and down from the floor anyway! :D I miss the yoga, but found it hard to find a class after moving. I was in a sports centre some years back, and saw they had one, I briefly looked through a window to see what sort of yoga they were doing, and was immediately greeted with half a dozen withering expressions from the women on the class (there were no men there) I gave up after that :(

Your 3 stretches plus the Cobra I added are my daily routine to keep my back happy. Some days it's enough to do the Cobra and just rest on my elbows. Other days I can take it further. No yoga for me, I'd lose my balance and fall over and really hurt myself :D

Knife content so we don't anger the Forum Gods...
It's not a Lambsfoot, but a close cousin the Sheepsfoot... and something British to bring it all together

Good for you John, I'm glad it works :) We don't need any close cousins here though, just Lambsfoot knives please

dc50 dc50 - Dave, these are the exercises I do most regularly (twice a day), and have found most helpful. The artwork is my physio's rather than mine! :)
