Hope everyone is having a great dayI had coffee and a croissant in Charlie's, before heading into town with Matt, and his lad Cillian. Cillian is due to start 'Big School', so headed off with Matt to buy some new school trousers, while I had to do a bit of shopping myself. We met up with some mates for lunch, and sat in the sun outside one of our regular pubs. Matt's missus called in later, along with his little girl, and then they went off to get some food shopping, and when she returned, I headed back home with them. It's been beautiful weather, possibly the best day we've had

Morning guardians, Charlie has a birthday party so Flynn, Billy and I are heading to the local indoor kids play area.
Later I have to help a neighbour, we’ve had storms and terrible wind the past week. Couple days back his trampoline was picked up and thrown into the chicken pen.

I saw the movie several years ago and enjoyed it. I wanted to know how much was true and how much was "Holleywooded up" (excellent description btw). Patterson, while an enthusiastic hunter, was primarily an engineer. While I appreciate that, being one myself, that may explain some of his "out of the box" thinkingThat’s another classic I read once a year. The movie Ghost and the Darkness, although much Hollywooded up is an enjoyable telling of that tale if you’ve not seen it.
He did a good job but was bloody lucky not to have been killed.
When you compare Corbetts knowledge of big cats and approach to hunting them against Pattersons haphazard way he very easily could have/should have been eaten!
That time already?Sunday Morning coffee..
