Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

As far as kids shows go, it’s the one I don’t mind sitting through. Good bit of humor thrown in there for the parents.

We’ve got two girls, 8 and 4.

Now imagine telling her you’re paying for 26 Albers at once. 🤣

Some of the episodes are definitely made for the parents, we like them as much as the kids.

I have a couple of friends with daughters, they’re always so well behaved and quiet! Must be nice.

Yeah I don’t think that one would slide well 😬

I think Hannah just found the invoice for my albers

Morning guardians, Charlie has a birthday party so Flynn, Billy and I are heading to the local indoor kids play area.
Later I have to help a neighbour, we’ve had storms and terrible wind the past week. Couple days back his trampoline was picked up and thrown into the chicken pen.

Working from home today means I get to have whatever I want on my desk with no odd looks from coworkers… of course these two are keeping me company.

Great Lamb 🐑 good book. Got a lot of books on hunting in Africa. I figured I'd never get to go but I could read about it. Bell had cool hand under pressure and survived a lot. Hunting elephants with a 7x57 got lesser men killed trying to emulate him.

He and Jim Corbett fostered my love of the 7x57/275 Rigby. I couldn’t afford an actual Rigby so I had a cz 550 rebarrelled and stamped 275 Rigby. It’s a great calibre.

I loved Jim Corbett books. His book Man Eaters of Kumaon was quite a read.

It’s funny you say that, I am just now laying on the couch reading Maneaters of Kumaon. I read through my collection of his books at least once a year. I always loved the last paragraph in this book.

A few decades ago Corbetts 275 Rigby was found in a cupboard at a university or museum in England from memory. Rigby rifles bought it back so when I was visiting London a few years ago I emailed them and asked to see it. They said no problem, by the sounds I was even going to be able to shoulder it. Unfortunately, I went hunting roebuck in Scotland and lost time and never ended up getting there.

I would be something to be able to actually handle Mr Corbett 275 Rigby. Maybe you'll get another chance someday. 👍🤠

Me too mate, it's dangerous enough trying to eat my chips without getting bitten by Tool Man! 🤣🤣

🤣🤣

The flavour of the chips was completely overwhelmed unfortunately, and they were a bit soggy :(

That’s a shame. 🫤

Just ‘cause it’s impractical doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be fun. 😁

Ha! I wish! 🤣 Must be one of those “your mileage may vary” kind of situations. 😁

I think I promised yesterday that I would double up on Lambsfoot content today. I hope this counts.

LOL! :D Wow, Barrett, well done :)
Afternoon all,
Running late heading towards 5pm, been out all day, hardware store, shopping and visiting. As the wife and kids are working tomorrow,
Got a coffe this morning and another for lunch. Kristy had a toasted Sanga without tomato 😊

Bobstag

Great pics Mitch, food looks delicious :)

Good morning Guardians, I hope you all have some good planned for the weekend, and that you have a great time :) Enjoy carrying your Lambs!
