Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Well, ever since I got the GL-24, I've become kind of a bad Guardian, since I haven't posted much (life has been busy). But I've had this in my pocket (mostly with a second knife, occasionally by itself) every day except when I was forced to be knifeless (and then I pocketed it in the evening).

I need to get back to posting here more, but it's mostly gonna be this knife, because it's pretty near to perfect for me. I will become ever more tedious on the subject of how great this knife is. As Dogberry says, "But truly, for mine own part, if I were as tedious as a king, I could find it in my heart to bestow it all of your worship."

You've been warned.

Hey, here's a picture of a great knife!

Hi Tyson
I think you are making Mr.Albers very happy, making that fine knife a daily carry.👍🏻

It's great to see you back Tyuson :)
And on the subject of banana varietals, prior to the 1960s the most common commercial cultivar was the Gros Michel, which had a thick skin and traveled well. But certain diseases mostly wiped it out from commercial production, and Cavendish became the most common commercial cultivar. The reason that artificial banana flavor "doesn't really taste like bananas" is because it tastes like Gros Michel, and most people these days associate banana flavor with Cavendish.
As opposed to Tool Man, who has a thick skin and barely travelled outside Yorkshire  :D Interesting stuff :)
Back to the daily grind in good company.

Fantastic to see those again Gary :)
Remembrance day here. Even those of us who had family members involved in the 2 World Wars and Korea are getting thin on the ground. 🙏🙏🙏.
Time moves on my friend. Here, I am noticing a trend for young men, walking round wearing their grandfather's and great-grandfather's medals. Not something I would do myself

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a good 'un. Back to work for me, and I have 2 long meetings looming, so I better get into the swing  Hope you have a great week

Pals Lamb

Evening all
Spent a few hours honing & cleaning while listening to tunes, very cathartic 😎
Brian got a touch up.

Then Brian was thirsty. It was even tastier the owner gave me a freebie.

That sounds like a good day Mitch, free coffees always taste better! :D
