Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I want to comment on each and every Lambsfoot shown- the older ones REALLY reach out to me, but when I am seeing the newer versions coming out of the Woodwork- Oh Man!!! simply stunning!!.

I am trying not to worry, I can't find my AC Stag - 😟

I need to get back out there today- the Sun is bearing down heavily again with no breeze, they reckon the high will be 28, but there's no way- its past that now, it will be another 33 degree day today, we have to be very careful in the Hawkes Bay region as the U.V rating is one of the highest in New Zealand here.
It will turn up🙂
Don't get burnt brother, another 30+ for us today, supposed to be 35 Tuesday.

I'm not sure how you guys handle your heat over there my friend, since a kid heat affected me, growing up in Auckland it sometimes goes up to 30 to 31- on the very rare occasion a little hotter, since Sue and I moved down here to Napier its nothing to get 34 to 36 ( around 97 F for the U.S friends).

It will turn up ( that's what I am telling myself 🥴 )

Good luck Duncan :) It'll turn up I reckon, not the first time you've been sweating over a misplaced knife ;) 🤞👍

I do hope it turns up Duncan.👍🏻

Now, the last time I saw it, it was set on top of a post in the garden.

Today was HOT - no breeze at all, 7am I was starting to sweat already.

Sue’s garden project had me drinking over three litres of water out there today.
My trusty friend was with me!

Tis the season 🐑👍🤠
Bob, don't let Santa's berry juice get on your pristine white CDB! But it would fit right in with my cranberry relish Albers. ;)

Berry nice 🐑👍🤠
Agreed, Bob, and that white bone will only get more "ivory-like" with some carry and use. I've been carrying Berry here at home, but for Stag Saturday, when I head to the pistol range in a little while, I'm gonna carry Diego.

Darn it! Just realised I never posted this this morning! 😖 Sorry Guardians 👍
Hope you have a good time 👍🤠
Thanks Jack! 😊

It’s supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow so I got out early enough this morning to get some chores done. Hope you all have a good weekend!

I sure hope it turns up for you, I'm sure it will. Sunscreen and lots of water breaks in the shade. 👍

Sweet !

Yeah I'm not to bad in the heat, I try to get my jobs done in the morning. We can get 40c days(about105) on a regular basis.
As kid not so bad I spent a lot of time in the water pool and beach, I was blonde kid and my hair was regularly green from chlorine in summer., We had no AC, used to have evaporation coolers that you'd move around. School was hot no AC until later in high school.
I probably use the AC more these days for The wife and kids, the wife and eldest are fair red heads don't tan just burn, the youngest fairs better. Kristy appreciates it more as the Cafe kitchen gets in the high 40s, still grumbles at me because she is let's say thrifty.
The old man used to run a foundry floor till he retired, normally start about 6 or 7, in summer they would work from
2 or 3am to beat the heat

Fingers crossed Duncan.

Hope you have a good time 👍🤠
THanks David, your CJ Barlow is looking swell :)
Another great pic Steve

Things must have changed a lot with the AC Mitch  Violet looks comfy there :) Good hat  It reminds me of my dad's old work-mate Arthur Smith, who'd come fishing with us. For fishing, Arthur always wore a hat he referred to as his 'Burmese Terrorist Hat'. One year, he decided himself to a tweed Deerstalker, for his birthday. Sure enough, Arthur turned up his new hat, but as soon as he got to his fishing spot, the Deerstalker came off, and his 'lucky' old hat went back on! :D
Thanks, David, you're very gracious! Happy holidays to ya!
Mitch, Vi is lookin' good! Berry is still riding the RFP back at home.

Such a beauty  I enjoyed listening to Eric on the Catch-Bit Show. He is always so modest and self-effacing, I mistakenly took him for a quiet feller! :D
Afternoon all
I'm glad I put the ice maker on during the week,
Buddy approves. It's in the laundry every time I get some ice. I throw a few pieces in his water bowl.
Nice :)
Sun was out strong so I thought I would let the Sun get into the translucency of the Horn on this awesome Lambsfoot 😍View attachment 2735223
Your 2017 Guardians Lamb is ageing nicely Duncan :)
Back from a big but enjoyable weekend. Beautiful wedding and got to catch up with friends I’ve not seen in a decade or more.
Stopped at a little German town on the way and picked up some sweets for the boys. Spied these and had to try them.

Sounds like a great trip Jack :) Great to see so many of those awesome knives in the KOTY thread

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend :) I have an online meeting today, at some point, but otherwise, apart from some housework, and maybe doing some shopping, and writing some cards, I'm free to lollygag! :D Enjoy your Sunday Guardians
