Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is well. My apologies for my absence yesterday. I ended up spending 9 hours in hospital, with a suspected heart attack. The tests all went well though, and it looks like I'm ok, but may have angina. They've issued me with a spray, and I'll be going back for some more tests. Sitting on a hard chair all day, certainly hasn't done my back any good, and while at the hospital, I couldn't get online to see how you guys were. It was well after midnight when I got home, and we have a cold snap here, so as my heating hadn't been on, it was freezing. Despite being exhausted, it was around 3am, that I was finally able to get to sleep. Going to be taking it easy today, but I'll catch up after I've had some breakfast 👍

Aussie boots 😎😎
Yeah, got 2 pairs of Redbacks a couple of years back, been impressed with them :) The sizing is just the way British sizing used to be before it came under the influence of Europe, and started trying to sell me a 10 3/4 (European size 46) for an 11
Maybe I could get an Australian calendar, and have cheerfully out of season pictures on it.

Howdy Guardians! Hope y'all are doing well today. Got to head out for physical therapy here in a bit. Don't really want to do it today as I feel weak and in pain. But I'll cowboy up and make it happen. Happy trails my friends!

Sorry to hear you're struggling David :( You're a true cowboy buddy :) Cool pic
Very handsome Mike :)
😍 superb Bob!
11pm delivery? Don't know if that is good or not.
Kristy was mortified before Christmas about delivery. Wooden front door was open blinds, we heard the van pull up. So Kristy went to collect it off the driver but much to her horror he left it at the front door, no knock or call out of delivery. It was LOL moment for me, as she was outraged no knock or call out telling me "but we were home " I had to explain this is what they do now. It was so funny.
2 days later the same driver did it again 🤣
So it's universal.🤔 The surprise was, it was posted from South Africa on Monday.
Yeah, it's just the same here  Impressive shipping time though Bob, US Customas are probably getting to recognise your name! :D ;)
Great pic buddy :)
Nice bonus Steve :)

Barrett, I ain’t gonna lie. The brisket was good but the jalapeño cheese sausage stole the show. 🤠

That does sound good, Pete. I had Texas-style kolache filled with a jalapeño and cheddar sausage for breakfast one morning when we were in St. Louis for Christmas, which was pretty tasty. 😁

Oh man, I hate to hear that, Jack. Glad you’re alright. Take it easy and take care of yourself.

Those bolsters can seem busy, but is apropos for that lamb.

Thanks Jack, I wanted to revisit Kroo knives and they are still well made, with attention to detail.

For some reason, knives from Willem never take more than 3-4 days. ( DHL)

Definitely Bob 😊 That is good to hear 🙂👍

Jack, you must take better care of yourself! We're all pulling for you, so get WELL!

Diego for work today.

Thanks Jeff, I'm afraid my family history of heart disease is not good, but the docs reckon I'm in relatively good shape, surprisingly, and I don't smoke, drink alcohol moderately, and do lots of walking, so I have some chance of beating genetic bad luck. I will try to slow down with work a bit too, as I've been doing a lot lately, and while it's not hard or dangerous physical work, taking on too much can still lead to stress

Diego is looking good my friend

Wow, my friend!! I'm glad your tests were OK!! I hope if it's angina, it's minor - my mom had it for a decade at least!! Stress is a big part of it - take it easy!!
I know we are all rooting for you on this side of the pond, as I'm sure everyone here at BF is!!
Stop scaring us!!!

So sorry to hear this Jack, take good care of yourself and maybe scale back just a bit. Your many friends are pulling for you. View attachment 2751261
Thanks a lot buddy, I appreciate everyone's kindness :)

Sorry Charlie  Yes, my dad suffered with angina for at least that, but he didn't die of heart problems. His younger brother died of a massive heart attack in his late 30's, but he was a very heavy smoker and boozer, who lived out of a frying pan. Thank you for your kind words my friend :)

Thoughts are with you Jack. May your walking and good diet bring you back quickly.
