May all go well Jack.
Thanks Bob, hopefully nothing to worry about
Definitely.

I was wondering the other day if you had run into John Maleham since he sold the company. I imagine you might have to resist the urge to him a good earful.
I took him for lunch, shortly after his retirement Barrett, as I sometimes did. I had done the same a couple of weeks earlier, when he announced his retirement, and asked me to be a legal witness to the transfer of ownership. The announcement came as a complete surprise, but he assured me everything would remain the same, and while I wasn't happy, particularly as it came when they were making my Hartshead Barlows, I got on well with the new owner, Michael. Unfortunately, things started to change very quickly, and the last time I spoke to John, he told me that he was aware that an agreement we had made had been broken, and had told Michael he couldn't be doing that. After I reluctantly ended my relationship with the firm, I had no reason, or wish, to visit the factory, and had no independent phone number for John. His wife enjoyed cruises, and they had started to do more and more, so I think it unlikely I'll bump into him. The last time I heard, he was still trying to sell the factory, which though in a poor state of repair, must be valuable because of its location.
Great looking stag on your HHB, Jack.
Thanks mate, I was about to say that I was glad Wright's got them right, before things went south, but that's forgetting the third of the run that had to go back
Looks great, Pete!

I kind of like the “SOIL THE JOINTS” stamp.
Me too!
Glad you got one, Jack!

“Sheep husbandry tool.”
Thanks Barrett, Charlie's inventiveness gave me a good chuckle
Beautiful knife, Charlie! I’d never heard of Afzelia Burl before Eric used it on some of his Lambs, but it sure makes a good looking knife handle, doesn’t it?
Stunning!

You've captured it nicely there my friend
Nice pic buddy !
I must have missed something, you're having surgery ?
Thanks Steve

Yes, I was referred to the hospital by my dentist, rather than my doctor, in relation to a patch of skin I have had about 15 years. They weren't too concerned about it, but are going to remove it for testing anyway. It's on top of my head, near the edge of my hairline. I don't have a photo where it can be seen unfortunately, but then I take very few selfies, and usually have my flat-cap on!

Hope they don't mess up my haircut!
Another great pic my friend
Sorry Jack , I'll edit out the second knife next time.
Thanks a lot JJ
