Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thank you everyone passing hopes that I find the AC.

Each time I move something and I know its a wee corner or "tucked in" place I haven't looked yet, the hopes rise only to drop again- we all know this feeling don't we!

Sheep Husbandry - nicely thought of and used Charlie! :D👍

Get better soon David. :)
Duncan for some reason I misplace things on top of the refrigerator. I really hope you find your AC, don’t give up hope!

I'm glad to see you properly kitted out Jack, I thought that an Aussie bee-keeping outfit might be something like this! :D ;)

If I’m popping down to give them some sugar water or just have a look I go in shorts, shirt and sandals. My girls are a bit firey so whenever I start playing around in the hive I don’t mess about. It’s interesting every bee and every hive have their own personality. My father in-laws hive is very placid, mine…not so much!

I really enjoyed your pics in the other thread. Makes me nostalgic for the days when I kept bees myself.
A recycled pic of my first Charlie lamb.

They’re great! I’m still pretty green to it but I’ve wanted to get bees for a long time. I don’t think one hive will suffice. This is a Kenyan top bar which is handy because I want the wax to make candles and for using in muzzleloading.

I may get a langstroth next to bump up honey production. My kids go through about 500gm a week.

Beautiful knife, all Charlie’s lambs are winners!

I and a partner were planning to become commercial beekeepers. We got up to 24 hives and she had an allergic reaction, so we sold out. We used to extract in my garage. It was a few years before I could walk across the floor without sticking to it a bit. I did love the bees, but, wasn't really fond of the stickiness.
My Michael May when it was new.

Pretty boring day for me. Went to the grocery store for last minute SuperBowl snack stuff. This neat Rodgers lamb showed up in the mail box!!! Carried the HHB.

Very nice !

Good evening, Guardians!
I’ve been trying to catch up after a bit of a hiatus from the Forums, and it seems like you’ve been pretty busy over here! What a testament to the leadership of Jack Black Jack Black and the solidity of the Lambsfoot!!

I wanted to announce my return with the SamDamLamb, and to my delight, see that Jeff beat me to it!
Beautiful pic, Bob. I've pocketed Diego this morning.

I was looking through my older photo's to try and grab a few shots of my Ebony and Jigged Bone Charlie Lambsfoot Knives- unsuccessful in finding the shot I was after, but came across this, what a pang to the heart - where is this Knife? I have searched everywhere more than twice :(😩 No other would ever replace it, and perhaps now is the time to come to the realization it is gone choose carefully which lambsfoot will take it's place in the "more often than not " carry. I have too many Knives to carry, so I need to get a bit more real in my mind.

Try taking a bag you rarely use through an airport checkpoint, Duncan. They always seem to find my lost knives!
I've made an effort to get these knives into the hands of all you Guardians!! That might be why we are seeing so many in this thread!!
Thanks all, for buying them and, for posting them!!!!!View attachment 2783550View attachment 2783551
You’re a true hero, Charlie. Congrats on another great SFO!

Hope you are all well, and I look forward perusing some more Lambsfoot content.

Cheers!

The Hartshead Barlow has been in my pocket all week ... probably my favorite of the few barlows I have.
