What is the wood on that beauty, Leon?

Thanks for your kind enquiry. It is driftwood that was found washed up on the British coastline. The photo does not do it justice, or my photography skills don't do it justice. I got it years ago, wish i had got my hands on a couple more while available. Regret, the bane of human beings. But the wood is just so beautiful. .

Father in law and I did some work on the bee hive this afternoon, no pics of a knife as I used a non lamb for that task.


But I did use a lamb for removing the netting and gathering plums with the boys.

Thank you everyone passing hopes that I find the AC.

Each time I move something and I know its a wee corner or "tucked in" place I haven't looked yet, the hopes rise only to drop again- we all know this feeling don't we!
