Good morning Guardians, I just got back from the hospital. There was lots of chopping and changing - venue, surgeon, procedure. I got moved from a surgical ward to a room in the Maxology Dept of the Dental Hospital, where a cheerful young Scouser cut a piece out of me, and stapled on a dressing. Staples come out next week. In the meantime, I can't wear my flat-cap! Have a good day Guardians

Heal up Guardians!!!! I thought I had stumbled upon WebMD . Glad you fellers are on the mend and test results are negative.

What a horrible Super Bowl. Not only was it lopsided but my most hated team in the world won . Food and family was good however so there is that. Not much going on today. Got to run into town for some small stuff and drop a couple parcels off for a couple Guardians. I’ll have this Cosimo today.

After 2 weeks this is left!! Biopsy proved negative!! I'm relieved of course!!
(Edited - 3 weeks, not 2!! They say if you know you forgot, you don't have Alzheimer's!!)

From one great gent to another

A micarta Monday to you. It sure felt good to get some walking in. It was sunny out but close to literally freezing. Here’s the Barrett GL-24 looking a bit orange in the early morning light.

Jack, glad your surgery went well. No flat cap hat so enjoy carrying Charlie’s flat cap lamb.

I’m having lunch with an old friend from grade school today. We have a lot of memories to share. I’ll try not to bore her with knife talk. I’ll talk about the return of the turkeys though. They disappear mid November and show up around this time. There were about 30 and they made a bee line right for the bird seed. The big guys, Butterball and Rock, have not showed up yet. In turkey years their age was past their expiration date. You never know though.

I've never seen a dressing like that before. Without your flat cap you will have to walk around with a parasol like the Victorian ladies did.

I went to university with a Montana native who liked Seattle so by default I kinda rooted for the Seahawks.
