No . There is a cable attached to the car to pull it out . The car has had the Engine & Transmission removed . There is a Contest , which has gone on for some years , where you can pay and guess the date that it will sink .Maybe this has been answered before but, once the car falls through, do they just leave them there?

This flannel slip pairs well with the flat cap!

My aunt, Ola, owned and lived on what was, at one time, the largest automotive scrapyard in the great state of South Carolina. As a child, we'd visit her, which was fascinating, but also kinda scary because she had actual "junkyard dogs" and they were all business. I was picturing something like that, but aquatic. Your version makes much more sense.
Sorry to hear that WillI'm blaming it on this blasted flu! I think I got 2 hours of sleep last night but only in 15 minute increments!![]()
I think that's just a wee bit nicer Steve!
AbsolutelyThanks pal, It's G. Butler![]()
I know the feeling KurtGood Thursday to you. I have this DFKB today. I was going to go grocery shopping but this morning it was wet and foggy. It doesn’t take much to convince me to stay at home and oil up some joints. So be it. The sun is shining now but I’m well into doing nothing and can’t stop now.

Good morning Guardians, it seems a bit quieter here today. I hope everyone is doing well, and that you have a good day

I have always liked that design Jack. It seems like a rare one. More labor intensive?

In other news, The Magic City is experiencing less than magical weather - humid, overcast, tepid... and yet, it's scheduled to drop down to 59°F tonight which is a bit colder than I prefer, especially when I'm sick.
Oh yeah, I'm still sick. Last night was wild. I had a fever and felt like I had eaten an entire large bag of the wrong kind of fungi. I had an impromptu vision quest while huddlng for warmth under a blanket on the couch and when my girlfriend asked if I was alright, I replied "elves." I think I was thinking about The Hobbit, or was in The Hobbit, or something. Stupid fever.
The new Jeremy-crafted slip for my Charlie lamb should be arriving tomorrow. She'll be happy to get out of the equivalent of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) housing and into more comfortable digs - assuming USPS is done soiling the bed.
