Well my vacation didn’t last very long . Get to that in a bit.

Wife happened to be off today so she told me to get ready and get in the car. As a good husband would do…..I follow orders. She surprised me with a great lunch at the japaneses hibachi. Had some sushi and some teriyaki steak and shrimp!!!!! It was delicious. We are fully over our stint with whatever bug we had and it was nice to get out.

As we are driving home I get a phone call from my boss basically begging me to come back to work because we have 2 guys who took the federal buyout and 2 guys sick . He told me he needed me for tonight!!! Of course I said yes. My wife was probably getting sick of me anyway. Now I’m sitting here at work . So back to ugly brown desk pictures.

I have a busy day off today. Loon-wrangler, church lunch, Tai Chi class, and Praise Team rehearsal.

Good for you Jer, good luck with the Tai Chi I did think about having pancakes, but since I don't have a big appetite at the moment, I'm not going to fight it!

Hospital visit went OK, though it's a bit of a trek there and back. I had a couple of sausage rolls for lunch, and am still full. I'll be working for the rest of the day Hope to catch you later Guardians

Glad you had an uneventful visit to hospital. I had a few spots frozen on my head and off I went. Just need to keep watch on one spot.

I always find your lamb an interesting variation to the norm.

I have a large deck that's on top of my garage that I need to keep clear. My electric snowblower usually makes a quick job of it. This was really wet snow and has drifted in fairly deep so it wasn't much fun this time.

It does and we need the moisture so I'm not complaining too much.

I really like Henderson's - I put it on almost everything. I use it pretty much anytime I want a little savory zing (which is just about everything except oatmeal - haven't tried it there yet).

You might even say I relish it.

I finished off this bottle on some soup for lunch today.
