Tough mateThanks Jack, Lorna will be fine. As a kid she always wanted a cast like her friends, not so keen nowyeah I've had many casts over the years, when I had my ankle fused I had a cast for over 6 months, well actually every month had to be removed xrayed another put on not fun for a teenager.
Lorna had shopping therapy ordered herself a gaming pc.
They've messed up my prescription, so I was an inhaler short, then it took 5 days, 3 trips to the doctors, and 4 visits to 2 different pharmacies to get hold of oneAh another 1 that doesn't use the pufferas I say to the wife take it and use it!
Look after yourself Jack.

Yikes!
Hope they clear up soon.I felt rough last night, with the return of the flu-like symptoms
Thanks mate, I don't know what happened, I got home shattered, fell asleep on the sofa for an hour, and woke up shivering, but with a temperature. I took some paracetamol, and went to bed. I'm back to how I felt yesterday morning now!Hope they clear up soon.![]()

Thanks Steve.Nice Ebony on that one !
I hope you can shake that fluish feeling soon.Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing OK. I felt rough last night, with the return of the flu-like symptoms I had before going away. Today, I just feel a bit run-down though, so maybe I just need a week of lying on the sofa, doing nothingThat day hasn't come yet though, and I'm going to be extra busy the next 2 days, so I thought I'd get up early, have breakfast, and some and see you all
Appropriately, I have my Pals Lamb
Have a great day Guardians

I'm sorry that you are feeling poorly Jack. I just got back from a long trip up north to visit with relatives and friends. And I may have picked up a bug of some sort because I'm feeling like you. Hope it passes quickly for you.Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing OK. I felt rough last night, with the return of the flu-like symptoms I had before going away. Sad to hear things are no better Bill, please try and rest when you can. Great shot of your BarlowGood morning Guardians. Feeling a little washed out today but I'm going to play golf and soldier on anyway. I never bring my LF knives with me when I golf - just too much of a chance of losing them. When I return it will be my HHB in the pocket.

Sorry to hear that Jer, sometimes hard to get to the bottom of what ails you. There's something in certain curries, even very mild ones, which can really upset me. I've been taking turmeric as a supplement for about 5 years, seems to help with my back and arthritic pain, but who knowsI was feeling a little peakity last night, but I think it's just that I've developed an intolerance for one of the spices I've always dumped in my vegetable melanges. I blame turmeric, which I never liked anyway.
I read recently that turmeric has developed such a reputation for health benefits that people are damaging their kidneys(?) by taking excessive amounts of turmeric in supplements.
Nice new pic!I think I haven't used this one yet:

I skipped Tai Chi last night. I always learn something when I go, but I still feel like the cellist in the marching band, and my evil twin thinks maybe I should learn the whole form from yutube before I go back. My evil twin will have a harder time when I'm not feeling sick and it isn't snowing.
Last night after Praise Team was perhaps my most extensive snow-brushing session of the year.
The snow is still on the grass and rooves, but the streets are clear.
Praise Music is now called Worship Music, by the way. Never mind that Worship Music is what hymns used to be.
One's mileage may vary. I'm also in the camp that thinks cilantro tastes like soap. Unless I'm thinking of cumin. Yeah, cumin.I've been taking turmeric as a supplement for about 5 years, seems to help with my back and arthritic pain, but who knows![]()
