I hope everyone has had a good day. I was down at the market early, but it is quieter by the week, with a lot of empty stalls, and few punters. Tool Man was there, though I don't know what sort of day he had, as I had to return after an hour or so, as I had some work to do. Boring Ray was also there of course, and also Nobber Al, who I had a chat to. Golden Gordon was back, along with his pal Robert The Badge, and I saw Captain Birdseye for the first time in a few months, though his health is not so good. Another occasional visitor was PC Mark, who isn't actually a police constable, but some lesser grade of copper, with a uniform, but no powers of arrestHe's a rather boring man unfortunately
Tomorrow, I am off to the Pace-Egg play out at the village of Heptonstall, which longstanding Guardians may recall. I'm going with Matt and his family, and as we're going on the train, there's a chance of a few pints![]()

Kerry Hampton from Terre Haute Indiana.Who is the maker of that fine lamb again?
Simply breath taking. Is it standard length? Looks like it might be a little bit larger. Thanks, guys. Arrived safe and sound yesterday, thankfully. (Well, it didn’t “arrive” so much as I had to go retrieve it from the post office just before they closed. Had signature confirmation on it so it didn’t just get left on the porch, and I was out when they tried to deliver it of course.)
I keep meaning to dig it out for a comparison pic, I’ve got an MSR fuel bottle that looks way too similar to my red SIGG water bottle. Thankfully I’ve never actually mistaken one for the other.
Such a cool knife, Dwight!
Hope next week is better for you, Mitch.
Nice work!
Good looking Lambsfoot, Charlie! I’ve handled a similar one that Neal has, and it seems like Mr. May puts together a pretty nice knife.
Since receiving my package of knives from the Oregon show yesterday, I’ve had my What-A-Lamb in my pocket. I took another pic besides this one, but I’ll have to post it elsewhere, as it isn’t Guardians-thread friendly.
