I’m blessed to have a wonderful Mother and my wife shows me everyday how great of a Mom she is. I should do more to appreciate them as we all probably could but I try to go all out on Mother’s Day.
A few weeks ago my wife joked that she would like a Cowboy Tomahawk ribeye for the occasion. So me being me….I secretly got her and my Mom one. These things were huge. They both busted out in laughter when they were seated and I served them their plate. The men had to suffer through a delicious New York Strip
Not gonna lie, I’m pretty beat putting this meal together. I’m really not a fan cooking such expensive cuts of meat and I was nervous the whole time
