Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Funny, I haven't thought of Shari Lewis in eons.

Cool pic Kevin
Thanks, my friend. I had a bit of a photo shoot with that one the other day. Sometimes people look at me weird when they come upon me photographing knives out in the wild but they never say anything....maybe because I am photographing knives out in the wild. ;):p:rolleyes::D
Think I can learn to be a party animal late in life?!? :D Handsome horn, FBC!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Sloppy joe and IPA... I'd say you are already a party animal. Gary. :D

A couple pics from my Lambsfoot photo shoot / dog walk. o_O:D

LOL! :D Very good Jer :D

So I am about 20’pages behind. Busy at work, lots of rain, sick youngster have kept me busy.. @btb01 you can add me in Hiram GA, just west of Atlanta above Douglasville thank you

Hope the little 'un is better soon Jody  My mate's little boy is ill on his birthday, just spoke to him on the phone

Rummaged through my large collection of cups and found this one.
It's stainless, and you're all correct, it doesn't have a taste or reaction.

I've gotta agree with Jack on your photo, Jer (as I often do!). Edge and marmalade look tip top.

I carry a lambfoot because . . .

RALF makes a good tea stir!

I am just having a hippy tea myself Jeff ;)

One of my 2017 Guardians edition has been to town and back already this morning. Hope y’all have a great day! :D

Spectacular horn Ron, need to give mine some pocket time

Brilliant horn on that one, Ron, I hope it behaves! ;) Lately, due to the dry, cold winter we're having, RALF's covers have shrunk a little, exposing some sharp liner and pin edges. I hope he plumps back up come spring.

Sorry to hear that Jeff, check out the thread index, there's a whole section on horn

Ha, cheers Donn.:) Nice one, that you got to spend some time down here. Yes the flora and fauna in Oz is quite incredible. I mean, who would credit the implausible Platypus - an egg laying mammal, with poison spurs, and a ducklike bill? Apparently they can sense the faint variation in electrical fields, when commands are sent from the brain of anything close by them for its muscles to contract (ie. during any movement). They use this ability to home in on prey in muddy creek bottoms, but it makes them very rare to walk up on in the wild, although they do live in my local area.

Here’s another little town, just off the Great Ocean Road:

I didn't know that about the Platypus. I'm sure I read somewhere that when they took one back to the RGS in London for the first time everyone thought it was a hoax.
And Chin I'm sorry I suddenly realized I'd written Tassie Tiger. I've obviously haven't seen one of those; I was thinking of these little critters.

That's a great shot there. We went out to Apollo Bay a couple of times and to Otway N.P to. A nice part of the world.

Incredible covers on that one, so translucent!

Thanks Mitch. Same spot this morning but with added snow :)

There sure is some weird fauna Down Under! Very nice David, we've had no snow over here yet, but I dare say we'll get some before the end of the week

Very healthy Dave :)

Another fine photo for my desktop :D

Looks like you are set up for the evening, nice!

Outstanding pic, as always Dylan. Interesting taste combo, that I wouldn’t naturally have thought of pairing, myself.

That's an usual drop Dylan, I see they have used the Irish spelling. How was it? Excellent pic, as always :)

Thank you, fellas.

The whiskey is certainly interesting, though not at all unpleasant. I do not usually go for the infused stuff much but this one piqued my curiosity enough that I had to give it a try. The nose, as you might expect, is loaded with aromatic hop goodness. Great for the nose but I wasn't sure how that would translate to the palate. Remarkably smooth, requires no added water, and the hop flavor (though present) doesn't overpower the experience overall. Though I wouldn't recommend as an everyday sipper, it is pleasant and different enough that I am comfortable having it as a regular staple in my bar.

Beautiful horn, Ron! I always admire how well you are able to capture horn in pictures. I have not quite found the knack myself, I'm afraid. However, you've inspired me to carry a bit of horn myself today.

I just received a parcel from Rob @rockman0 and what a parcel it is! Amongst a whole bunch of chocolate bars, a really cool convenient single pack of Spam:p was
a 2018 Buffalo Horn Lambsfoot :thumbsup: Rob also added a modified Case Barlow and a Red Rider pocket knife. :D I will post a couple quick shots of the Lambsfoot today and more in the future after I settle down :p What can I say I'm overwhelmed Rob, at your generosity and thoughtfulness, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.
