Happy weekend indeed. Of course I’m sitting out back with my cat. And I’m on my second big cup of coffee. I took out this Albers this morning.

Tonight I’m going to a show. It’s been awhile. I’m seeing fingerstyle guitar icon Leo Kottke. He’s always been an influence on my playing. Opening up for him is Julian Lage. I am glad to see this virtuoso. I imagine most people at the show tonight are guitar players or came with one. I am looking forward to this evening.

Thanks for the compliments on the Albers my friends. I hope he does another run asap. That run was epic.And now Rosecraft is having them produced. Who knows…maybe Case will get smart. Put Peanut Butter and Jelly covers on them and they’d sell like crazy. GEC should do some more Charlie SFO’s too. I gotta get better at getting those though.

Bob I am going to do my best to enjoy the show. I am going to limit my fluid intake so as not to annoy those sitting by me with having to get up to use the RR too often. And I’m thinking of putting myself down for a nappy soon. This show is past my bedtime….boy have times changed for me. Lucky to go though…and I have a ride.

I hadn't thought of Leo Kottke in years. I used to have one album of his which got played a lot. I think I gave it away the last time I culled my cd's 😵‍💫
