Good morning Guardians, I hope your week has gone well :thumbsup: I've been struggling to keep up with the days, time goes so fast :D We have been blessed by the weather this year, and it's another hot, sunny day today. Wolfie has just had 10 days in Napoli, and looked more tanned than I've ever seen him before. His heritage is Irish and ginger, and while he doesn't burn, he doesn't usually hold a tan either :D I have a bit of work to do today, but I'll be out as soon as I can ;) Hope you all have a good day Guardians :thumbsup:

I've forgotten who it was who said he frightened people at the beach, because "being Scottish, I'm pale blue. It takes me a week in the sun to turn white."

It's still strange days at Lowe's. It looks like the boss has changed her mind about destruction-testing me on the 31st, but I'm still working on a Sunday. Maybe the first time in five years I'll have left the church in the sonic lurch. Maybe that'll but the fear of God into them.

That album art caught my eye as I was scrolling through the thread, with its nod to Shel Silverstein (The Giving Tree was a regular in our rotation of bedtime books when my oldest was a bit younger). Gave WTT a listen, and he’s right up my alley. Appreciate the recommendation. :thumbsup:

Yep, when I went back two days after the fire went through I was amazed that the cabin was still there. Love that Cosimo lamb!

Wanted to post a pic, but, my attach file button is gone. Just realized my membership had expired, will fix that momentarily
 
Good morning, Guardians! Fuel stop in the ol’ Jeep with Twisted Lamb for (mostly) Black Friday. Half workday today for Summer Friday tradition in the book publishing and Film/TV business, so I am planning to take my fair lady out for a late lunch and and early afternoon movie.

Hope everyone is easing into the weekend 🙂 I had a press-release to write, but was pretty straightforward. I'm just having a chilled glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, which is very gluggable! 😂 Matt is over in Liverpool with his missus, think they've gone to see a band or something. I'm hoping to meet up with Wolfie tomorrow, and meet up with a few other friends 🍻 Have a great weekend Guardians 👍
