Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks Steve.
Your lamb has some sweet stag.

๐Ÿ˜

Thanks buddy !

It's been about the same here Steve, yesterday was quite nice, but the weather has definitely started to get cooler and wetter. I read that we had the warmest UK summer since records began, which surprised me, but it was a pretty nice one here. I am grateful! :D

We had warm and wet ๐Ÿ˜

Cool pile-side pic buddy :)
Thanks pal !

Evening Guardians! Hope y'all have had a good day. Seems like I've been on the phone most the afternoon. Beautiful weather today. Happy trails ๐Ÿค

Another nice example of a Bex ๐Ÿ‘

AC sure is a dandy ๐Ÿ˜Ž ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿค

Thanks buddy 1

Thank you Barrett. This is easily my most carried lamb, I just love it.

It makes me happy to see folks carrying and using them.:thumbsup:

Your walks on the trail recently have brought back some very fond memories of when I was a kid and my parents took my brother and I on a bicycle ride somewhere near the Wisconsin/Minnesota state line. We were supposed to ride all day and stay the night then ride back the next day. I was very young so I canโ€™t remember exactly where it was, but there was a cheese festival going on at our destination and subsequently there were no hotel rooms available. My dad had to ride all the way back that night to get the van and pick us up. We waited on a park bench outside a restaurant with my mom while my dad said he was chased several miles by a dog. ๐Ÿคฃ

Oh no! ๐Ÿคฃ

I totally forgot to answer this. ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ Iโ€™m going to cook a couple steaks tomorrow for me and my wife. I usually cook two to three times a week on the pellet grill so I was really just stocking up on pellets.

Chicken wings have been my absolute favorite lately. Iโ€™m hoping to get the opportunity to cook some Monday night for the Bears game. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sounds good. I bought a pellet grill/smoker a few years back. Iโ€™d say I use it and my Weber charcoal grill about 50/50. I have done some wings on the smoker that turned out great. My favorite thing to do is probably a pork butt, Iโ€™ll do two of โ€˜em on the weekend and weโ€™ll feast on pulled pork all week. ๐Ÿ˜

I was about to ask you about it too Barrett! :D I had a number of short runs, but I'd have to dig deep into my emails to jog my memory of them all

Sometimes I have trouble keeping โ€˜em straight, too. That one, in particular, I often have to go back and remind myself on the details.

Impressive collection, Bob! Some really great knives there.:thumbsup:

Hello Guardians! I hope you're all having a great weekend!

Love that pic, Tyson. Who knew a Lambsfoot could do that kind of damage! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜

When I was a boy in Sheffield, there was a very old deli and coffee-roasters, and you could smell the roasting coffee all over the city centre. I never smell that aroma anymore, the same with the smell of hops from the brewery. I figure they maybe have filters and extraction fans now, or something ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

When I was in high school I had to drive past a chicken processing plant every morning. I do not miss that smell. ๐Ÿคฃ

Today I got to meet up with fellow Guardians Neal H herder and Dan danno50 danno50 for lunch. We had a great time talking knives and such. I brought my Cosimo Lunar Lamb along with me.

They figure that the people who go to the coast have more disposable income and are willing to pay a premium for fresh seafood. Kind of like the farmer's markets around here. Putting a sign up saying that it is locally grown doubles the price. Never mind that most of the produce that is found in the grocery stores around here is also grown within a few hours drive of here. The local farmers markets cater to the rich folks.

I bet this is a result of someone filing an environmental damage claim. Can't have aromas destroying our environment.:(
Just the same here my friend, I don't think there are any actual farmers at the ones I see here! :D

The last time, (and the first time for decades), I smelled the savoury aroma of hops mashing was in Tadcaster. The 2 historic breweries of Samuel Smiths and John Smiths are old and traditional, and may be exempt from recent legislation

I really like that style David
Could have something to do with everything else that is now in the air. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
LOL! :D Possibly! :D

Flash for fathers day.
Happy Father's Day Mitch, I hope you enjoy your fish 'n' chips mate :) Nice shot of your Rosecraft
Thanks for the kind thoughts everyone- might end up sitting and waiting at hospital if these Lungs don't clear- get on some dreaded Anti's ๐Ÿ˜‚
I hope you're OK Duncan ๐Ÿคž ๐Ÿ‘

Yeah, I did a short run in African Rosewood too

Oh no! When I first left school, I worked close to an abattoir! ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend :) I was anticipating some lollygagging, and a bit of housework today, but I've just received a request to do some work, so... Inspired by David, I'm carrying some William Rodgers Bex today :) Have a great Sunday Guardians

Church summer hours have been extended through September. Every year since I've been here, there's been talk of going back to one service year 'round, and this year it looks like it might actually happen.

I haven't run my AC for a couple of weeks. We have a couple more warm days in the offing, but I put on the furnace this morning to 65 degrees.

That looks effete of me, now I see it in print. I'll go down to 63.

You're a toughie Jer :) I have had my heating on for a couple of hours at night, a few times now :D Sitting out until 2.30am in a T-shirt the other night probably didn't do my cold any good, but the beer helped ;) In the end, I noticed that Matt, who was comparatively well-wrapped up was shivering, but he has a fraction of my 'natural padding'! :D
Fathers day feast ๐Ÿ˜

Wow, you lucky sausage! ๐Ÿ˜‹ A well-deserved feast Mitch :) Are those spring rolls? It looks like you have a great chippy there mate  :)
