Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is well, and that you had a great weekend. I often find myself marvelling at what an incredible bunch of folks we have here :) I have quite a busy day ahead, and need to go into town to pick up a couple of packages, then I have work this evening. Lollygaggin' doesn't last forever unfortunately ;) Have a good day Guardians, and I hope your week gets off to a rewarding start :) I picked up a spare Twisted Assisted Lambsfoot in Brown Linen Micarta, and it's actually the only one of their knives I have :D We'll see how long that lasts, but it's in my pocket this morning

I'd never heard of Twisted assisted.
It looks like the Wright Senator pattern is here to stay.

We traveled through a few towns south of Atlanta, Georgia. Most suffered from Shermans march during the Civil war. Here are a few downtown photos. All had very small business centers ( half the stores were out of business). They were surrounded by a block or two of homes, then farmland.

This was just blocks away from one town center.

Have a good week.
How's the pull Bob? I was very pleasantly surprised (I needed pliers to get the blade open on the first one I got from Twisted Assisted!) 👍 Great to see those photographs buddy, though it's sad about the store closures :( There are lots of villages here, where there is no longer a single store, pub, church, or post office 🙄
Thank you Jack 👍

The pull was surprisingly good, as is the grind. I encountered the same problem with my first twisted, a real nail breaker.

The poverty rate is very high in many areas south of Atlanta and Augusta. But, they do have a church about every mile or so!!

High school graduation rate, in many parts of the southern region of the state, runs about 68%. Sad.

Yes, I had to break the tang corners on mine to get it to the point it could be opened without assistance

That is very sad Bob, very hard to break out of that cycle :(

Did I hear someone say NAP? Talk about falling asleep…I was reading this thread and the next thing I knew I was napping with a bit of drooling going on.

Although I’m a snowflake and it looked like sprinkles were imminent this morning, I got a walk in. I got a picture too. Didn’t have a lambsfoot on me. But when I got home I got a pic of this Ashwin Earl on my knife posing rock.

Good Monday Guardians.

Well, you got the nap out of the way early Kurt.
I like the treatment Ashwin applied to the butter end.👍🏻

I wish I'd had a nap myself, as I have an online work meeting, starting in an hour, at 7pm, and then I'll have some writing to do 🥱 Glad you got a walk in too Kurt, those are fantastic photos, you live in a beautiful place
