Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

It sure is cold here today, quite took me by surprise, particularly as the Perfume Fatties are no longer there to act as a wind-break 🄶 My coffee was going cold as fast as I could drink it, not to mention the chips and gravy! Plenty of visitors to the tool stall, but nobody stayed long. Old Brian came by for the first time in a while, and was well wrapped-up, Otley Mick, who is back at work on the buses, Hell-On-Wheels, who was heading to a hospital appointment, and Musical Andy, who was out with his missus. Gravel was there, Ex-Para Steve, Golden Gordon, Robert The Badge, and Boring Ray of course. I had a couple of hours, and then headed off for another coffee, on my way home. Tool Man and the Teds are off to Scarborough on the North Yorkshire coast this weekend, for one of their annual beanos

Hanging out with the Brylcreem Boys!

Nice Charlie lamb Jack.
Toolman must burn alot of calories standing there in the cold, hence the smorgasbord?

Very generous Jack, but sadly, those times have past. Snapped achilles, knee work and new hip won't allow it...but it was fun.
I admire you brave outdoor enthusiasts. I figured out as a young man that I am a yellow belly poltroon. My friends would try to convince me to climb Half Dome in Yosemite way back when. Not a chance in hell I would have ever done that. I just pictured myself frozen in terror in everyone’s path. I was a ā€œglamperā€ before that was a thing. I wouldn’t even go glamping now unless I have my own restroom with a shower.
Jack have a good time at the Market. edit: ( Enjoyed your report Jack. )

Any fans here of the Flashman books? I could relate to that character.

Thanks Bob :) Yes, we wouldn't want him wasting away! 😁

Love the lamb Kurt.
My past was dictated by lunacy.😁

That white checkered bone has gotta be good for what ails you, Bob!:cool::thumbsup:
I used to visit several schools each week to observe student teachers, and I figured that short exposure to possibly a bunch of different viruses in the various schools was probably better than a flu shot.

Like you Gary, my students were better than flu shots. As years went on, I suffered less. When I retired, I had 245 sick days acrued to prove it.

Someday, I hope Toolman starts eating a bunch of veggies for lunch, instead of his usual calorie/fat-laden fare! A good chance he'd live longer and healthier!!

Some timely posts this morning. I was just thinking that I should get rid of all my camping gear. I haven't been in years and I'm pretty sure I won't ever go again. Sleeping on the ground is a bad idea these days. Heading to town for a dentist appointment in a couple of hours. Y'all have a good one

Those photos are enough to brighten any day, Jack. This should be a BBC sitcom🤣
It’s going to rain buckets in Dallas for the next 24 hours. Getting my boots and coat ready for some soggy dog walks.
