Great photos Dave, it looks like you had an exceptional dayGood morning, Guardians. Warmer here this morning. It’s 44F and supposed to warm to 64F.
Had lunch yesterday with a friends' group that meets monthly. Our venue was Royal China, the oldest Chinese restaurant in north Texas. It was founded in the early 70s in my parents’ neighborhood. I’ve been eating there since I was a boy. Due to the holiday season, we participated in a “Toys For Tots” gift drive hosted by the US Marines. View attachment 3047950

The food was excellent as always. They make some of the best dumplings I’ve tasted. View attachment 3047952
Many of their best dishes feature hand pulled noodles, like these with pork belly and mushrooms: View attachment 3047953
Inching towards the end of week. Rodgersthis morning. I should post this one in the fantastic plastic thread. Some of my favorite faux jigged bone!

Good luck with everything Mike, including getting your calendarThank you gentlemen, I appreciate the kind wishes
Good luck at the docs, DavidIts good to have doctors you trust
I just got back from the skin prick allergy test. I passed this one after failing last weeks test with the drops where I reacted to everything including the negative control. Today they got useable results. I'm allergic to various tree/bush pollens. No surprise there. Also various animal dander. The one that was surprising was cat dander. I grew up with cats, had a cat before it got run over (not by a reindeer) and have had girlfriends with cats and never had a reaction I noticedI'm going to let them treat me for the allergies, starting next month. I'm skeptical it will help with my coughing, but at this point I'll give it a try.
Amazon notified that a rather sizeable order was delayed. No reason, no time frame for shipping given. Amongst the items is my 2026 calendar/planner. Given the plethora of medical appointments I now have, a calendar is a necessity. Who do I see about delaying 2026 until it gets here?

I’d be happy with 10 degreesGood day everyone. Whew, 29° going up to 60° this afternoon. Amazing changes here.

Happy hunting JerI'm working today, but the snow has been behaving with restraint lately. I have tomorrow off and I'm hoping to go antiquing with my brother again.

Don't they know Christmas is coming?!The weather here in Santa Cruz agrees with a snowflake like me. I would be helpless in the low temps and snow you hardier fellows deal with. The turkeys are still hanging around. They have never been around this late in the season. It could be some sort of message via the turkeys to me…you need to buy another lambsfoot knife….I’m listening. Here’s a favorite.
