Hope you enjoyed the game Mike, and that you get good weather, and have a safe tripHowdy Guardians
Warm and cloudy here today. I spent the day getting the car ready and packing for a trip to Tennessee. I'm planning on leaving Monday. Might go tomorrow if the weather looks good, but its supposed to rain with a precipitous drop in temperatures.
Planning to watch the Missouri Tigers in the Gator Bowl this evening. Hope everybody is having a pleasant day.

looking nicely lived-in!Last day for Black Jack as Lambsfoot of THIS week.
Here are a couple of my most recent photos of the knife, and I think they're 3 years old already. I'm not what you'd call an avid photographer.

I reckon so buddy!Love it, Jack. The fishing day continued to get better! (I suspect your grandfather had to wear warmer clothing fishing in December than we do in southern Mississippi.)View attachment 3060713View attachment 3060714View attachment 3060715View attachment 3060716View attachment 3060717

Cool pic Jer, you might be waiting a while before you get anything in those stockingsI'm hoping to get my stockings hung with care before I put away my decorations.
And dig the blown fuses out of my Christmas tree and replace them. Turns out there's more than one size of those doll house fuses.

We used to get a Droste chocolate apple every year. They don't make them anymore. (They might actually have been chocolate oranges, which other people still make, because you whacked them on a table to break apart the segments.)Good to hear mate!![]()

It is hard to beat that Diplomatico Rum on price to flavor ratio.
We gave those chocolate oranges to some people as gifts this year, Jer. New flavor combos have been introduced. Whacking them open is the best part. They might actually have been chocolate oranges, which other people still make, because you whacked them on a table to break apart the segments.)
Cool horseshoeGood morning Guardians, I hope everyone is still doing well, I always find this 'Twixmas' period drags a bit, but I have been enjoying the rest from work. Wolfie, it turns out, has gone to the coast for several days, so me and his brother will be lucky if we get a drink with him before New YearI might see if Matt fancies a pint in the pub later, give me a bit of exercise
For now I'm happy to do some lollygaggin'
Have a great day Guardians

I first came across it in a bar where they sold it at £5 a shot (the price of a cheap meal out at that time), so I thought of it as expensive thenIt is hard to beat that Diplomatico Rum on price to flavor ratio.![]()

Thanks Mike, it's a style associated with traditional British canal boats. When I first knew Tool Man, he used to buy them off a feller who painted them on his narrow boatCool horseshoe
The knife isn't bad either![]()

I like that canal boat Jack. I spent a summer on a houseboat. Nice, but always seemed to be damp!I first came across it in a bar where they sold it at £5 a shot (the price of a cheap meal out at that time), so I thought of it as expensive then![]()
