Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I rarely wore gloves Mitch. If there was snow, I didn't need a knife, I needed a shovel.😅

My fingertips do sting at times, most likely from frostbite at a younger age.

When i was young and working outdoors most of the time, I didn’t wear mitts until it was at least -25. Not so much nowadays, but, i can still bare my hands long enough to take care of whatever needs cutting

Nice Pile side 😎👍

Good to see you here Ben, cool shot 👍

I don't know about -25, but I used to climb in winter without gloves. I rarely get cold hands, which I put down to my cold heart! 😂👍

Gloves off, dig out lamb from jean pocket under snowpants, cut then reverse process . Not a lot of cutting outside when it's below 0° F 😉👍
Very interesting gents, no gloves a bunch of of tough old gents.

Steve your pics got me thinking about it.
Thanks for sharing

Mitch, how do your aloe take the winter weather? Do you bring them inside?
Bob i don't bring them inside.
The aloe do alright in winter if they get direct winter sun and wind protection. Our winter only gets down to around 5c.
Bigger issue is the summer thunder storms, too much water. I turn the saucer/ tray upside down and rest the pot on top for good drainage.
