My Lambsfoot of the Week is Union Jack, an A. Wright & Son rosewood lambsfoot my wife and daughter bought for me in York, England in the spring of 2017:

Thanks and good eye Gary, yes it is πŸ‘
Thanks for the clarification, Dan; totally different kind of wolves than I had in mind. ;)

A stunner !

Any significance to the Avatar change ?

Yes, it's a symbol of resistance to what is happening here in Minnesota. It's our state bird , the Loon. If you want more info feel free to message me.

It was just the light Steve.

Still looks great πŸ‘

Great pics Gary
I felt guilty for not changing it up for three days, so I took Purple Burl out to pick up our Vietnamese Pho takeout dinner. Bonus feature of this favorite little restaurant: One of the least expensive double pours of Makers Mark in the city @ $9. Cheers, Guardians! 😈πŸ₯ƒπŸ‘

Awwww :)
Hope y'all are staying warm & Leon is staying cool.
We are headed for another 95+ today.
Hope you can find some shade Mitch :)

Good morning Guardians, I have a bit of a sore throat this morning, and really hope I'm not coming down with something as it's Wolfie's birthday weekend coming out, and I've shelled out for gig tickets. The weather is gloomy outside  Definitely getting lighter earlier though

Have a good day Guardians, and enjoy carrying your Lambs :)

Nice picture Jack. Gargle with some TCP if you can still get it . πŸ‘

This really interesting Harness Jack lamb sold on the big auction site last night. I thought it worth posting pictures here as I think it's quite rare.
David pointed it out to me, neither one of us ended up with it, I'm hoping a Guardian did.

Jack, have you ever seen one before ?

Anyway here are the pictures

I was going to take pictures in the sun yesterday but didn't get around to it.

I never got around to sending Christmas cards, either. These may form part of my estate.

I wouldn't have to go anywhere today, but I cancelled my river order for the Vaseline Intensive Care Almond Smooth that my new dermatologist recommended for my shin bark. My local Meijer has more of it for less money, and it will be here today instead of the twelfth.

There's been no snow to speak of for a couple of days!
Looks like I'll get to try out my new goggles and mittens tomorrow, though.

It did go to a regular member, not a flipper.

I'd certainly never seen one before today Steve, and it's a very interesting knife 😎 I don't recall ever seeing an IXL Harness Jack, though Charlie, or one of our other HJ collectors may have. I'd love to know more of the history. I may have a look in my Australian knife book, but I suspect that if there was one in there, I'd have already noticed it. Thanks for sharing Steve πŸ‘

At least you're ready for next Christmas Jer πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

I hope everyone is having a good day. The weather is vile here in Leeds, and the market was dead as a doornail. I don't know why Tool Man and Boring Ray bother standing, but then what else would they do?! 🀭 I picked up a coffee on the way, but it went cold after I made the mistake of asking Captain Birdseye about his health πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« Nobber Al had knocked for the third week in a row, and may well be packing it in. I arrived just as Big J was leaving, but then Melbourne, one of the old Teds, who moved to York 5 years or so back, turned up with his missus, and he had half an hour with us while she went to do some shopping. Gravel turned up around the same time, and Tool Man was forced into sharing the pork pie he'd just purchased, which he only did very begrudgingly.

The cold soon got the better of Gravel and Melbourne, and they departed. I stuck it out for an hour and a half, but had a few things to do in town, so I headed off. In the market, I decided to warm up with some chips, bumping into Golden Gordon, who was having a coffee with a friend.

I bought some parkin from Our Cake Man, who I had a chat with, and then went for a coffee, before taking care of my errands. I have a bit of work to do this afternoon, but am glad to be back indoors πŸ‘
