All lambs are welcome. Doesn't need to be fancy.

The Stag is from the island of Hokkaido in Northern Japan!! The Deer is the largest species of Sika; Yezu Sika Deer!!! The Stag is darkened/treated with onion skins!! Quite beautiful, and proportioned well for a larger pocket Folder!!Just took the ferry boat to pick this knife up from Rhidian!!
It started out as a Charlie Lamb with a cracked handle!! I asked Rhid to rehandle it with a some Stag from Japan!! He not only rehandled it, but adjusted the blade/backspring intersections to be flush in all three positions!!The Stag is from the island of Hokkaido in Northern Japan!! Rhid tells me that it's the first time he has rehandled a production knife!! Wow!!!
Thanks palThat looks tasty Jack. Glad you are out of the elements now.
So that is a speyed or spade lamb?
Just let that one go!!
Great to see that interesting knife again Paul, cool shark too!Haven’t carried this one in ages. Forgot I owned it. The shark is from my son. He’s been going nuts with his 3d printer.

I think there's some discussion on it earlier in the thread, I certainly had a lot of discussion with Paul about itLooks like he knows how to work that printer pretty well! Cool stuff.
I’m interested how an American brand ended up making a lambfoot blade from (what appears to be) around the 60s or so?
Welcome, it's great to hear you've taken a liking to the Lambsfoot patternHello Folks , as this long running thread is new to me , I thought I would contribute to my new found interest in the traditional English Lambsfoot knife . I have owned and used and had an interest in all types of knives for 60 years now , probably owning my first pen knife around 1965 ! Now dont ask me why but it is only quite recently that my knife interest has been taken up with the Lambsfoot and why Ive never considered buying one before now I have no explanation . What I do know is that since Ive found this thread my interest is growing . Quite recently I came across a Lambsfoot in an old toolbox in my garage and have absolutely no idea how it got there ! I would imagine is just a run of the mill imitation stag scales model made in Sheffield but after cleaning it up its a great little sharp blade with excellent walk and talk. Brass bolster and liners , this is all I can contribute untill I buy myself a half decent one .
We try to keep commercial discussion out of this thread, and replying to this would be considered an infraction of the forum rules )'deal spotting'). If you go to post #1, you'll find some info, and links, to help you on your wayAs an extension to my above post regarding my interest in the traditional Lambsfoot knife , could any of the Guardians here kindly point me in the direction of where in the UK to buy a half decent model , ideally with wood or horn / stag scales , brass liners / bolster and more to the point one with a decent fit and finish and is reliable ? Dont really want to be spending more than £70 ? Thanks in anticipation .
Great photo Steve
