Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks Bob !

It's a nice touch to a quality knife 👍

It's seems to be an I*XL thing as I don't have any other brands with flush square tangs like that.

There are some makers out there who do try to make Square End knives . Taylors Eye Witness barlows and GEC 73's and 23's that I know of .

Had a special box waiting for me when I got off yesterday. This IXL HJ lamb is a jewel. I’m not sure if it’s ever been carried. As with all IXLs the action is superb. I will say that really good care went into making this knife and is put together very well. Main blade has a half stop and the punch is on a buttery cam tang. I’m thrilled to own this knife and really hoping to figuring out the history of this knife.

I’m gonna carry this sparingly and keep it away from food.

Paul my friend, I was watching this one with interest- I'm glad you have it my friend, it's hard to find a I*XL Harness Jack- let alone a Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone's week is going well. My work calls have already started, but at least I'm not having to travel today, which is a relief. More importantly, I can carry a Lambsfoot! Got the Twisted Assisted Brown Linen Micarta in my pocket  Have a good day Guardians

I'm feeling a bit abrasive! :D

brutal, with a lot of travelling.
How are the feet holding up?

I've got my foot doctor tomorrow; my supreme doctor is concerned about my callouses, which apparently are invitations to diabetic foot sores, which lead to amputations and piecemeal death (not quite my doctor's phrasing).
My first reaction is, I walk and stand, so of course I have callouses; but maybe there's some necessary maintenance I need to learn about.

Or maybe my foot doctor will refer me to a diabetic levitation clinic.
I'll suggest that, with a knowing look, so she knows I'm subtle and cunning enough to qualify.

One more complaint: I saw the email today about a lecture on Trojans and Greeks in western Sicily that I missed yesterday!

Did I mention I threw a couple of boxes of baking soda at my frozen roof valleys?

Not very good I'm afraid Jer, but it sounds like your own foot problems are more serious. I hope everything will turn out ok..Bad luck on missing the lecture 🙄 Nice work with the baking soda 🙂 It's good to see your '19 👍

Thankd pal, I worked for an hour or two, and then got a coffee in Charlie's on my way into town 🙂
