Out to breakfast with Sue.
Sitting along Marine Parade - which is the road running alongside the waters edge.
Dangerous water- donβt even paddle your feet - the likely hood of being swept out is huge.
Steep and scary waters edge ever since the big Earthquake that devastated Napier in 1931.
Beautiful outlooks though.

My lollygaggin' was going well until mid afternoon....Then I tried to book a seat at the cinema, and had some issues paying, which I thought were due to a slow internet connection perhaps. Then I received a couple of texts from my bank alerting me to some fraudulent bank activity. It turned out that a taxi company - one of the largest in the country - had tried to take an unauthorised payment from my account. They had blocked the card, which is why I couldn't buy the cinema ticket. They suggested issuing a new card, but that will take up to 5 days, as it has to come through the post. I have plenty of cash, so I figured this would be a minor inconvenience, albeit that I'll have to sort out all my payments again. However, I'd offered to take a couple of friends out for dinner on Thursday, and they then got back to me. I had suggested an Italian place we had been to before, and said I would book. I then found that they wanted my card details when placing the booking!21st Century life is getting too complicated for me! Everyone keeps telling me it's easier to pay by card, and increasingly I don't get a choice, but I don't have these problems paying with cash

Didn't see anyone using cards in Bulgaria!![]()
What a nice looking knife!
Here I am thinking though, if only they wouldβve swapped blade positions so the lambfoot had a nail nick on the same side as the shield. Couldβve made for some awesome blade deletes!
I had a dream. It went something like this:

Iβm sure weβll still see some blade deletes; theyβll just be lefty lambs.

I got one of the GEC #41 Physicians Knives in the mail earlier today, and since I already had my Albers Guardians knife in my pocket, it ended up being a double lamb day.

You were only a couple slices of well-buttered bread away from a chip butty!![]()
Thanks mate, it's been a bigger pain in the backside than I had anticipatedSorry to hear about the hassle, but thankfully your bank caught it! I would have thought Bulgaria was on the euro; a quick google search (prompted by your pic) tells me they just adopted it at the beginning of this year.
That'll be interesting!Iβm sure weβll still see some blade deletes; theyβll just be lefty lambs.![]()
Yeah, I like it there Barrett, staff are nice tooThe food looks tasty, Jack. Cool looking place, too!![]()
That's good to hear, hope he's well
I do like the look of those #41s, though I'm not sure what I'd do with the extra blade!I got one of the GEC #41 Physicians Knives in the mail earlier today, and since I already had my Albers Guardians knife in my pocket, it ended up being a double lamb day.

Nice to see twisted, I often forget about mine.Good morning Guardians, I hope that everyone's week started wellAfter my day of leisure, I got a job last night, but it didn't take me too long. Got a few things to do in the house this morning, then I might head down to Charlie's, and go into town for some grocery shopping. Nothing too taxing!
Carrying this Twisted Lamb again. Have a good day Guardians
