Been moving and spreading five yards of mulch for the flower/shrub beds around the house. Muscles are sore, joints are sore, everything is sore. Oh well, I guess that means I'm still alive - a good thing, I think. Got my HHB with me today to keep me company.

I'm heading off to the dentist in a bit to get two teeth prepped for crowns to support a bridge for my missing lower molar. I've put it off for almost four years due to cost but my insurance changed recently and they are going to cover it 100%. Feeling a bit anxious but I'll be happy to have it done and over with.
