For color. I think turmeric tastes like dust, and before I start macro-dosing on spices to fight inflammation, I really ought to cut down on sugar.

I take turmeric in capsule or tablet form, seems to help. I've also been using Zylotol in my tea for a long time now Nice pic Jer, Happy Easter

I spent about a Grand all told on this repeating crossbow. It was a bad buy, and considerably worse now the Government have announced they are effectively banning crossbows 
They'll be coming for my slingshot next!
