Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I always think of Horsforth as a suburb of Leeds, but it is actually a small town in its own right, and a very attractive one. It effectively has 3 seperate high streets, and they are full of independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. I arranged to meet Eve at a small cafe on the original High Street, and sat outside in the sun.

Eve is vegetarian, ('...which pretty much makes me vegetarian...' 😁), and asked if we could eat at a local veggie place. I've been there before, and it was pretty good, so I didn't mind at all. They also do great cakes and desserts, so we left room for that 😉 Eve had a huge slice of Victoria sponge, and I had a piece of cherry tart, which was delicious 😋

We decided to have a walk at Kirkstall Abbey afterwards, which was nice 🙂

Yeah, I generally add the relish when the cheese has almost melted then put it back under the grill for a few more minutes 😋 👍

Hello, Guardians. Had an absolute Blast at the OKCA show. Great people, food, beer, and knives. Can’t wait for next year already. At work and to be honest it feels good cause I have to make back the money I dropped on knives. Got my favorite lamb of them all in the pocket, the HHB. I wanted to take it to Oregon but the thought of TSA losing it was too much for me to handle 🤣.
