Not at all, mixed with strawberries it makes a very good dessert in pies and crumbles.I don’t think I’ve ever eaten rhubarb, but just by looking at it I can tell it would disappointing as part of a dessert.![]()
I also make a very good rhubarb relish, kind of like a chutney. It is very good on red meat, especially wild game.
