Very nice photo Jack. I always enjoy seeing the covers on that lamb.

I was told by Willen, waboom ( protea) is getting difficult to find. Many are on the endangered list in South Africa.

Hope you turned the corner on your flu/ cold.

I decided to get some fresh air, and am just having coffee and cake in the Corn Exchange 👍

I was loaded with apotropaea for my MRI Sunday, but of course I left them all in the disrobing room locker.
Some poor MD signed the report at 4:36 this morning.
I guess it's ok that I have a calvarium, which I had to look up. (Top of the skull).
I don't like being a "patient of this age", but I suppose I am one.

And I had the cardiologist yesterday. Everything looks good, come back in a year. She said "wow" to my fifty squat thrusts, which was gratifying.

Jer, hope you can do a few squats for me. My knees are shot.
