Sweet Taylor Steve.

Very nice bone on the lamb Kurt. It should age nicely.Good Tuesday to you. I took out this Cosimo on my walk this morning. I just bought it from James. But it not the first time I have fondled it. This one and my dill pickle lambsfoot got switched when mailing them out. James and I exchanged them but I remembered this one. I am thrilled it is back with the dill pickle.
This morning I could see a mini mushroom cloud across the bay. That’s Moss Landing. There’s a power plant and also a battery storage facility there. It’s adjacent to the Elkhorn Slough, a huge estuary with lots of wildlife. The last time the battery facility caught on fire it dumped 55,000 pounds of toxic metals onto the nearby environs. This mornings cloud was white so I’m guessing it was just steam but I have no idea. I did look online but didn’t see anything.

Very nice to see. I grew up in this area. We lived in Prunedale and I went to school in Seaside. We drove by Fort Ord every day back when it was an active Army post. We could hear the artillery at our house. My dad worked in Pacific Grove. I remember playing on the beach and seeing the towers at Moss Landing. I took a short flight in a Cessna once when I was about 14, the pilot had me take the stick and had me use the towers as a reference to keep it flying straight. Elkhorn slough was one of my favorite places to visit as a kid, we went there frequently. The Cosimo is nice too!Good Tuesday to you. I took out this Cosimo on my walk this morning. Great lamb!
Interesting about the fire, they are converting a gas plant into large battery storage facility about an hour away from me. I’ve always been curious as what would occur in case of fire. As fire departments have problems dealing with domestic lithium battery fires.
