Here in saskatchewan, had a inch or so in the last day. Almost 10 inches sincecthe beginning of June. So, its quite wet, the fields are waterlogged

Yes, it is. All the potholes and sloughs are full.

I know there is a area about a 1 to 2 hours north, they had major flooding, the one town, the houses had something like a foot of water in the basements.
