Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

No ironwood yet, but will carry this lovely stag on Friday:

So many great pictures from everyone to brighten an otherwise cold and dreary day. The scenery shots from from Cambertree certainly helps to warm my core.
Wonderful old Oates lambsfoot with jigged bone handles, cigarrodog. And great to see more Ironwood models coming in.

Two pictures showing my scenery from six months ago and today. There is a peaceful beauty in a snow covered landscape, but a taste might be better than a full blown meal. :)

I'm a sucker for ebony, it's a beautiful Lambsfoot.
Thanks, John. :) Your African Rosewood can look like ebony in the right light (or lack thereof).:thumbsup:

Missed you GT, that's a good photo of your Man Jack :)
...
Thanks, Jack. :) That one's actually named Black Jack, partly in honor of your efforts with the Guardians lambsfoots! ;)

Here's Black Jack again, this time pictured in August of last year, vacationing with my family and me:

The patina colors, contrasted by the dark wood, highlighted by three gold pins, makes this a mesmerizing beauty.

Interesting coloration on that blade, it almost looks like it was heat treated. Neat look.

Sounds like we have the same temperature range today. Did you also get about 7" of rain the past two days
Yeah, my thoughts too when I read your post. We are not very far from each other I don't believe. Yes we had very heavy rains overnight and this morning. I'd say we only got maybe 2 -3" though.

You're making me blush now! :D

It’s a very good day. Jack is truly awesome.

Guess I need to get added to the map.

Thank you :) That's a great photo, they turned out alright didn't they? :) Welcome to the Guardians

No natural light available at the moment, but here you go. I think it’s a keeper.
