Yeah, at one time, they'd have been wearing shorts and stripped to the waist, but they're wearing full orange coveralls over other clothing. They seem to be managing ok when I chat to them though, used to it I guess
Enjoying a little afternoon rain sitting on the porch with this beautiful lamb.

Those road workers are having a lend they aren’t taking it seriously. There should be a minimum of 4 workers standing around taking on a supervisory role![]()
A few years back, a couple of streets away, there was a road crew that did virtually nothing for months. Then, when the gaffers were due to arrive, they worked like crazy, and got the whole job done in a day!
This is why they are called twisted assisted. With my TSprof, I could not put a new edge on it correctly!
The ricasso is different on both sides too.
It is now a utility drawer tool.

Happy Sunday, Guardians. We’re getting some relief from the scorching summer here in North Texas. Thunderstorms incoming today so the high temp is only expected to be 89F
Another new old lamb in the flock. I believe this one fairly rare due to the addition of a @waynorth favorite element as an unusual secondary.

The jigging on your Cosimo is phenomenal!Tasty looking lunch, Mitch!
Great scene, but it’s a shame they didn’t get to enjoy some icy-cold Bohemia-style beer after all that hard work.
(Fair warning: some not-Porch-friendly language in that clip.)
Beautiful stag on that Waynorth re-cover!
That sounds about right. We’re right in the middle of road-construction season here in Minnesota, and out our way it’s probably been the worst one since we moved here. Just about every road we normally use to get to the anywhere is closed, and we’re having to take all sorts of inconvenient detours.
It’s funny, most of them have been closed for over a month now, with no end in sight and hardly anyone working when you drive by, but then one of the roads that closed they tore up and completely repaved and had it open again in about a day and a half.
Great pic, Mitch. Reminds me of the popular Homer Simpson bush GIF.

Wow, Bob, that’s shocking!
Nice pic, Bob!Your Rosewood HHB is looking great! I have a Montblanc that was my dad’s, but it’s a twist-to-open ballpoint which isn’t really my sort of thing, so it doesn’t really get used. I’ve messed around with fountain pens a bit and enjoy using them, but for everyday practicality/reliability, a good liquid-ink rollerball is my preference.
Hey, I know that knife!Hope you’ve got a good thumbnail strengthening regimen for that secondary.
It’s going to be warm and sunny here in Minnesota this week. (I’d say “hot,” but I lived in Arizona for several years before moving up here, and it’s still difficult for me to call anything under 100°F “hot.”)

I had a Meisterstuck, like Bob's I think, but it was in my briefcase, when it was stolen during a burglary in the mid 90'sNice pic, Bob!Your Rosewood HHB is looking great! I'd forgotten its full history!Hey, I know that knife!Hope you’ve got a good thumbnail strengthening regimen for that secondary.

Stay warm MitchFlash & tweed.
It was fresh this morning only 46F around 8am for my walk.
Been watching a good documentary series called The production Line it takes you into 3 British factories each episode. off the top of my head I've seen Dr Martens factory, Yorkshire tea, kilt making, Jamie Dodger factory, Ghillie kettles & Chesterfield quilted sofas. It's been interesting.
Thanks JackLOL!I did think about offering them a cold beer, but there's about 15 of them altogether, and that would have left me with no beer!
