Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Wonderful! You're either a gluten for punishment, or you have no tongue left!:D
These are Hatch chilies, grown down by where I was raised eating 'em, they range from mild to hot, but not like you have there!

Cheers! But what fantastic colours in those chillies

Many thanks David, unfortunately not, because it would not have come with this problem!!!
When closed the spring protrudes and a bit high...:thumbsup:

Ahhh look at that, what a shame. Hope you can get that fixed

Only just mate, took them long enough (the problem goes back several years) o_O It was a symptom of my hiertal hernia, being caused by stomach acid :( After a course of antibiotics, and the addition of a nightly dose of 300mg of Ranitidine in addition to my twice daily Lanzaprazole, my cough has largely subsided. I regret having seen a Quack for several years, who just sat there and shrugged his shoulders

Thanks for showing those wonderful pics of The Rocket, and that pint looks like the start of a great afternoon ;)

Cool pic Dennis, at least two of my great grandfathers were killed in WW1, and I had never seen photos of any of my great grandfathers (that I can remember) until recently, when I came across this photo of my dad's grandfather, who (unknown to me) was also wounded in WW1.

Thanks Jack. I remember you mentioning the Quack  I take it this was the result of the more proactive younger doctor you ended up with.
The pubs of Salford are a bit funny really; didn't know what to make of them but I guess that's what you get for big city drinking.
I think the Rocket is at MOSI for a few more months yet, in case you find yourself anywhere near Manchester.
And I'm not sure if this is still the case but you used to be able to view pictures of the graves of soldiers on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.

Thanks, for the pictures and exposure to the history of the Rocket!

Your welcome Preston. Great shot there

I don't know that many would call this weather "cold"... haha
I love snow camping, no other people around to ruin the experience!

My bike.

Yip not done much in the way of cold weather camping, but your right; no people to disturb the peace.:)
That's a fast looking bike; I've not ridden a single speed since I was about 5 :D

It's final! my ironwood lambsfoot will be called "The Totem" :D

That's great Dave, may I ask where is that?

I've not actually carried a knife today as I've done nothing but mooch about between the litchen and my bed :)

Gorgeous Harvey

Yes indeed David, that moron would have had me coughing all the way to an early grave o_O A simple scan revealed the problem

I would like to get over to see it, I used to visit Manchester regularly, but it's been a while now

Thank you my friend, I actually came across the pic by chance while searching for a photo of one of my grandfathers who died in the war. That photo appeared in the local press after that grandfather was wounded, something I didn't know about

RALF asked me a question today for which I had no good answer. He said he doesn't have a bad side, so why have I never taken a photo of him from the back? All I could do was acquiesce, and a bit sheepishly at that! ;) Of course, he was right.

RALF is right Jeff :) I very rarely take pile side pics myself, just force of habit

it's already working, everything is falling in place these days it's kinda cool!:D

Good to hear Dave

Good evening, Guardians. It has been VERY busy today and I am just now getting finished with work. I hope everyone has been well.

A fine looking knife in that setup. Nice glow from the evening colors. Is that particular LaGloria Nicaraguan or Honduran?

Thank you, Harvey. This particular La Gloria is actually wrapped up in an Ecuadorian Sumatra leaf with a blend of Mexican, Brazilian, and Dominican long fillers. A very flavorful cigar.

Crimson Clad on Coffee Cup by Creek! Nice, Dylan!!:thumbsup:

Superb Dylan :)

Great photo as usual Dylan, thanks for sharing your life experiences. It's fascinating looking into one's genealogy and learning about the people in it. Helps in us knowing more about ourselves and what we might have in common with others.

Thank you, fellas!

I went outside for a smoke and what I deem to be a well earned beverage. Light was fading but I managed to have just enough for a pic, I think.

Hope the bike is OK too Kevin ;)
Bikes are meant to be beat. I think I was more mad about ripping my new Arcteryx jacket than anything else.

flatblackcapo flatblackcapo Go two wheeled Speed Racer Go. Cool shot of your pride and joy.
Thanks, man.
Btw, now I want to watch some Speed Racer!

Get in the drops, much? ;)
Sometimes..... when I need to sprint to the liquor store. ;)

That bike was a lot faster 10 years ago, haha.
Here's a pic from a backpacking trip my wife and I did a few years ago.
