Mine is nice too.Go back and read thru this thread;

The 5160 110 wasn't well received.
Mine was fine.
Bummer because Buck does a nice job with 5160.
Cerakoted 5160 would be fine with me, opposed to no 5160 at all.

Yeah I have a number of them, and none of them have the pitting or rust that seemed to appear on that offering.Mine is nice too.
Sometimes a thread gets weird and I stop paying attention to it. I just can't maintain interest. I'd forgotten how strange that one was. Tonight I started from the last page and worked by way backwards for a few posts. That was enough.Go back and read thru this thread;

No set date, it just happens. There's a chart of past dates if you look in the BOTM 'sticky'.When does it come out? January is about over?
It breaks everything down nicely, but by date.No set date, it just happens. There's a chart of past dates if you look in the BOTM 'sticky'.
I didn't think I would be taken so literal with you fellas. We still use 5160 and will continue too on certain models and special builds just trying to enjoy a laugh with you all.Yeah I have a number of them, and none of them have the pitting or rust that seemed to appear on that offering.
I'm just sorta bummed Buck isn't interested in releasing future ones, per their earlier post.
They have successfully issued them before without issues that I'm aware of.
Many of mine came from a dealer as they were exclusives. No problems either.
You would think coming straight from Buck they would have even greater control.
Oh well.
This topic has been discussed before.
Of course I guess hearing "no more 5160" would elicit reactions.
✌
I won't lie ya had me sad.......but now im glad we're gonna still get knives made in it.....I didn't think I would be taken so literal with you fellas. We still use 5160 and will continue too on certain models and special builds just trying to enjoy a laugh with you all.
