I’d like to see an Alaskan Ulu knife. I use one in the kitchen on a regular basis for mincing garlic, herbs, cutting up carrots, celery and other stick like veggies, cutting pizza, quesadillas and such. Using a rocking motion I have better control and can cut as thin or thick as I want.
